Always Change old tubing anywhere on your RO System.
Many pieces of my RO tubing was cracked & would just fall apart when I was manipulating them. Other pieces were cracked on the ends (inside the connector) My system was 12 years old as was most of the "system" tubing.I was glad that I had extra red and yellow tubing so I could keep the color pieces the same. Changing the valve for me just made the "valve chatter" worse. But after changing out the tubing pieces I was able to get all the small air bubbles to pass and the "chatter" stopped. Now I should point out that my system is outside my utility alcove which is in the hot Florida weather, so it probably ages faster than other tubing. Many of the tubing pieces (pre-membrane) had some kind of deposits that was narrowing the internal diameter & restricting water flow. But again, mine is most likely the extreme situation & hopefully yours will not be so bad. But even this case (which should be the worse), was easy to resolve and I learned a lot about how these systems work.

Nice replacement part, fixed the never-ending drain issue with my RO system.
This stopped my never-ending drain issue with my iSpring RO System I got back in 2013. When you refill your tank with pressure, this can make the drain problem show up a little easier. You can check if it's the ASO valve vs the check valve by turning off the tank valve, but leave the inlet valve open (that comes from your house water supply). If it continues to drain then the ASO valve could be bad.. If you do the opposite (turn on tank valve, off inlet water supply) and it stops draining then it's most likely the ASO valve. Some tips for installation: Make sure you buy extra RO tubing with this so you can put new tubing on at the same time, especially if your old ASO valve has screw on fittings like mine did. Push the tubes in pretty forcefully into the quick connect fittings, if you don't push past the rubber ring inside, it will leak at that fitting. You can take the little plastic lip piece out to see where the rubber ring is to get an idea of what you will need to push past. There are some good youtube videos on how to install these correctly if you are still stuck. Before you put the RO system back, leave it out for 10-15 minutes with everything turned on to make sure nothing leaks. If any of the quick connects are leaking, see the note above about pushing it past the rubber ring. You can use petroleum jelly if it's being really stubborn.

Factory fit replacement
Free advice. When you pull out push fit hose. Cut 2" off and press in new edge of hose. If you reuse same hose end that you pulled out you will have leaks.

Great Customer Service
I had an issue with RO constantly draining. After doing some research, I read that the ASO might need replacing. Having only used iSpring replacement filters and parts the past few years, I decided to purchase the ASO from iSpring as well. As expected, I am very happy with the results. My RO system is fixed and iSpring provides excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Failed after 1 week
Installed correctly, and with system pressure within acceptable ranges.. The product failed to stop draining after a week. Probably hit or miss, couldn't say. But disappointing either way considering this isn't the cheapest version of the product on Amazon.

I've never experienced such excellent Customer Support from a company. Thanks Don from iSpring!
I have had an iSpring RO/DI unit for around 6 years with 0 issues. When I finally had my first issue, I contacted iSpring and Don figured out the issue and solved the problem. Best customer service!

Easy installation. Works flawlessly
Very easy installation. Installed the shut-off valve in about 1 minute and it works flawlessly with no issues or noise created. It does not require any special tools or help to install and most anyone should be able to install it on their own.

Item works well. Seller is very responsible. Would recommend.
I bought this item in Jan of 2015. So far it works pretty good. This is an easy install part and don't need any licensed plumber. The seller is very kindly and even followed up with me 9 months later. I would recommend it.
