taste pretty metalic.. others say its fine.
compared to other filters i used before, from amazon and other places. this filter is pretty basic. have not checked the ph level or amount of tds. im assuming its normal. for the price what could you ask for. i read its not made in America, so good luck with regulations or finding any. other alk filters online taste better. but to alter the taste or lack there of from an ro this one will work. i bought before and forgot i do not like the taste it gives. but i got used to it.

Excellent product with outstanding customer service
This cartridge makes water tasting so good with the pH close to 8. These cartridges were not fitting the tubes I had on my RO system so I contacted customer service. John from CS understood my concern and immediately shipped me the correct fittings to make this connection work. Very much impressed with the quick and courteous customer service.

Long lasting, adds minerals, hydrating water
Lasts a full year on reverse osmosis system with well water. Makes water feel hydrating and taste better. Still working well after 1 year of use. Used in household with heavy water consumption.

iSpring RO system and filters are the best
I have been a iSpring RO system for a few years now. These RO systems are very well built and they have all the filters you need to have clean and safe water. iSpring not only has great products but they have the support and expertise to assist with any install and technical questions you may have. Being new to RO systems I had reached out to customer support and they helped advise me on what filters and process to change them out. Don Huie with iSpring was awesome. Not only did he tell me what filters I needed, he told me how I can test my water and maintain my system. He provided me his personal number and sent me video's on how to change out my filters. Highly recommend iSpring filters and products.

RO water tastes much better
Adding this filter to a 5 stage system creating a 6 stage vastly improved the taste of the water. It is a bit difficult to install for someone that has never installed any filters before. Keep a large towel and bowls to catch water.

Good product great customer service
I purchased this filter a couple of years back and forgot to install it. When I finally remembered I called to ask about which connectors to use and Sean was super helpful. He even sent me the newer model replacement that doesn't require the old connectors. just outstanding customer service experience every time I call iSpring.

Compatibility issues but great system
There are 2 types of connecting holes for this cartridge, thinner screw variety and a fatter 'easy-click' type. This is the latter, unfortunately my ispring unit was the former, so they are incompatible. Othwrwise a great system and the seller sent over spare parts a week later.

I guess it's working
Water goes in, and then it comes out the other end and tastes better...I guess it does as it claims since I have no means of testing. I wanted to try a higher alkalinity water to see if it would help my acid reflux but sadly I don't really think it's working. But the water definatly tastes better so I'll give it 5 stars

Using this item on reverse osmosis 7 stage , measured water TDS 165 = perfect Push fits comes integrated not like on another`s brands you need to buy separately. Thank You
