Chlorine in city water?

My skin is sensitive as my smell. This filter took away all the chemicals in city water and my skin is now less itchy.

Great results and easy installation

I live in Dallas and can feel a noticeable difference in the water before and after the filter. My face is softer and cleaner and my hair feels significantly better. Installation took all of four minutes and it looks OK with our current showerhead. I will update the review in a few months when we have used it more. The first week has been a success though. I bought this for $24 after reading some articles on which product was best value for money.

Working well so far

Been using for almost four months and have had no issues. Installation was easy and I am not having any leaks. I am still using my first cartridge and will get another at 6 months. I used to have another brand of shower filter but it was longer and lowered my shower head too much. I also use the reverse osmosis water filter from ispring and decided to get their brand to make filter elements easier to buy. I have had my RO filter for over 4 years and have been very happy with it. I have always had a good experience with ispring. I certainly recommend them as a company.

Buyer Beware

I ordered this in the hopes I'd get another quality product from 123Filters. I have a reverse osmosis system from them and am overall pleased with it, since it's decreased my TDS levels from 108 to 8. This shower head, however, is a phony product. It is not the model as advertised and, as another review stated, says nothing about 123Filters. The box itself was clearly made by a foreign company with little knowledge of the English language, hence why I call it phony. This is on the side of the box verbatim: "Showering with Shower Filter just like taking Spa in the natural spring water everyday. Shower Filter with patented KDF -55 process media remove heavy metal and reduce free chlorine from the tap water, to relief from dry and itchy skin. With the mineral media release the negative ion to hydrate and refresh your skin for a healthy and younger looking skin. It also sooth the hair for more easy and manageable." Not to mention the TDS of my shower water increased to 212! Who knows what's inside this thing and who made it. I am extremely disappointed and will be reporting this to Amazon.

Itch Free

Good filter. I used to get itchy skin after showering. Not any longer after using this filter. The only thing is that the filter seemed to have clogged after 3 mo., but Nick, from iSpring customer service helped me out and corrected the situation. Really great Customer Support.

Great item

Love the new filter! It has made an instant different in my hair and skin. My hair is silky smooth instead of course and dry. Even my hairdresser noticed it!!!! It did leak a little bit from the unit to the actual shower stem, but once I put some white plumbing tape on it, tightened it back up, it doesn't leak at all.

Cheap and fake look

This product looks very cheap and phony. Doesn’t say anywhere on the box or filter the company name. I’m returning it because for this price I can purchase something better and more trustful.
