Poor Finish Quality - arrived not fully poilished.

I bought this for a customer (I'm a Contractor) and when it arrived the chrome finish was not fully polished. I didn't have time to make a claim or order another one as the remodel project needed to be finished by a due date. I had to take what they sent me and have it polished by a professional to get the finish to an acceptable level. If this was eBay I would be getting my money back, but Amazon doesn't have that kind of protection. Buyer Beware.

Sliding door edge pull

Works as described unless your contractor installs it up side down as mine did. The contractor did not believe in following directions --- mine!
