A fun Iwako eraser set featuring school supplies

I got these as stocking stuffers for my first grader who loves collecting the Iwako erasers (amazingly, she's kept the others in her collection in relatively good condition all this time). They are not meant to be used really, but more to collect and for fun, creative play. The food sets have been used in creative play numerous times and have been a hit! This set features school supplies, and comes with a pair of shoes, scissors, a rotating pencil sharpener, a stapler, a tape dispenser complete with tape, a satchel, and a 'drawstring' pouch. They are very realistic, and like all the Iwako erasers they can be taken apart and put together, like a puzzle. Unlike some other brands, Iwako erasers are relatively durable in the sense that if taken apart carefully, they don't break and fall apart but can be put back together with relative ease. These highly collectable erasers are a joy to behold and play with!

My six-year-old grandson enjoyed these as his back-to-school gift as he entered first grade. The small items don't work well as erasers, but the movable parts and the ability to take them apart and put them back together again make them fun toys that are acceptable to take to school, unlike Pokemon cards and Hot Wheels.

Cute little erasers. Received exactly what you see in picture. Bought them for my daughter as a novelty.. Ironically we went to Japantown the following day where I found these and others selling for a lot less.. I still give 5. Detailed work.

Extremely Cute!

Just received it in the mail today. It was VERY adorable! It comes with a pair of scissors, a stapler, a backpack, a little pouch, a pencil sharpener [the crank really rotates!], and slippers, because students in Japan wear them in school. Please note that these are all ERASERS! Very cute ones, I'd like to add ;) I plan to show them off very soon.

My daughter collects erasers and loves the puzzle ones. Iwako has yet to let us down concerning quality and detail. Nice variety of school themed erasers.
