Made from orange high density polyethylene material (HDPE). This Hard Hat does not provide vents. With a 6 point ratchet suspension this hard hat head sizes 6-1/2 to 8. Complete with Rapid-Dial ratcheting headgear with ability to grab and adjust; slotted adapters for use with variety of face shield adapters, ear muffs and Safe 2 System. Awesome thinking cap

I bought the orange helmet for $20 and I love it. Worked great while crawling around the attic. It’s comfortable and doesn’t slip at all. The orange looks different in person, more reddish orange. I was able to get my dewalt headlamp to fit on it as well.

Good safety helmet

This is a good general purpose safer helmet. I would note rate it as commercial grade use, but overall it’s still a good quality helmet and great for home use projects. The chin strap does a nice job keeping the helmet snuggly on your head. Would by a gain from this company.

Fits great!

The fit was perfect once adjusted and felt very comfortable and secure with the strap fastened. Bought extra headbands because I sweat a lot across the forehead. The color is very visible and the protection comparable to other hardhats. I would recommend it.

most affordable ANSI-rated climbing-style hard hat out there

Recently started part-time subcontract work on a new jobsite requiring climbing-style rather than traditional hard hats. Needing ANSI-rated PPEs but having a limited budget, I tried the Jackson CH-300. Quality of helmet itself appears equivalent to others costing significantly more. Yes, the internal suspension at first glance may appear on the flimsy side, but comparing it to other hard hats, it proves to be very similar to most. Haven't had a chance to wear it much yet, but so far it's as comfortable as all my previous traditional hard hats. Our safety rep raised the question of ANSI-rating since it did not appear on a sticker in the helmet, but was then satisfied at finding that the ANSI reference is molded into the interior of the helmet. So yes, it thoroughly fits our needs in fulfilling OSHA requirements, being comfortable, and the most economical on the market.
