The strainer is everything

One of the cheapest and most space-saving ways to strain and store a lot of bacon grease. I already had a tall 32 oz wide-mouth amber mason jar, plastic screw on lid and a stainless steel saucer. Ditched the pink pig face, not my style. All I needed was the strainer.

Does what it states. Keep bacon fat fresh. I wish it came with the jar also is the only thing. Other than that love it

Works fine. The mesh screen keeps any scraps from falling in with the bacon grease.

Super cute and great screen!

I couldn’t resist this! It’s so cute. The screen is super fine so it strains out any spices you use or pieces of meat. I keep the screen in place all the time which means I have to tighten the lid a bit to keep it from coming off. Not a big deal, just a note.

The screen works fine, but it doesn't fit any mason jar I have.

A very fine mesh strainer, very useful.

This thing is great for straining out all the teeny bits of gunk from your bacon grease so that reuse is easier. It can be used with any wide mouth canning jars and rings. You can then move it to a new clean jar once the first is filled. This is a very good system and I love it.
