Purchased used to save a few

Purchased used to save some money and color didn't matter. I didn't think it would be a big difference but it may as you can see in the pic.. first one we bought new (lighter) and second used (darker). Nothing wrong with the used other than this difference, and some gummy area but easy to clean off.

An immense, quality piece for big messy jobs.

As the new owner of a serval, I had to reduce fifty pounds of raw chicken, with bones, into chunks that would fit into a grinder. It was a very messy job, using a cleaver. This board is huge, and kept the vast majority of the mess contained.

The back side is not smooth, but it was easy to sand it smooth so that we could use both sides.

Even better than I expected!

What a beautiful board! The giant size is phenomenal and the wood is just gorgeous. Mine arrived in very good condition (2 minor scratches - but, who cares?!). It's a hefty, board with a good, heavy weight. I bought a good quality board oil to go with it. Now the shallow scratches have disappeared and the wood has a beautiful luster. No need for refinishing with this one. I can't stop looking at it. So happy!

Scratch marks come easy

Looks good, is sturdy, however develops scratch marks right after the first use.

Good board for the money

For the price, it is a steal. Nice board, came pre-seasoned but I gave it a coat of oil anyway. Very nice board, can't beat it for the price.

Great cutting board for big jobs!

Absolutely beautiful. We do a lot of cooking, smoke meats and bbqs. It was difficult to find this size and sturdiness.
