Do not substitute this product

If you have the Keurig machine, it will call for this product to be used when descaling is necessary. It is so easy to use. Nothing to measure, nothing to dissolve, just use the liquid, and add water following your Keurig machine instructions. Using a powder form is not the same and cannot be measured the same way. Besides, a powder needs to be dissolved completely. Any particles left behind while descaling may harm your Keurig machine. If you like you Keurig machine, don't compromise it by using a different kind of product.

Descaling instructions depend on the model of the brewer

The instructions in the box are quite limited - you either need to bring out the user manual for your machine or search up model specific instructions online. For my Keurig K-express, it used the entire bottle for the descaling process, so I only got 1 use out if it, which is quite expensive at 12 dollars in my opinion. I'd also prefer if it came in powder form like for Tassimo to minimize volume and waste. Otherwise it worked as expected and the descaling light no longer blinks on my machine.

No filter in kit.

The kit is good for what is in it. Many other kits I have bought include filters. Not this one. You can buy filters separately o. Amazon. Instead of filters, cleaning pods are included. That’s a good thing.

Works just confusing

It took me forever to look up how to clean my particular Keurig and even then I did it wrong the first time. I wish it came with instructions for each Keurig, or I wish that it was just an easier process to begin with.

Worth the price

After taking the inexpensive white vinegar route to clean my coffee pot, I tried the Keurig system. I must admit I was amazed at the lime this product removed from my pot.
