Despite my best efforts to input my passcode the lock would not accept it. Probably operator error. Keystp responded to my email immediately and offered to send a replacement. That's customer service.

Great security and Convenient

I recently purchased this bike lock to replace a simple cable lock and key arrangement. The KEYSTP lock is far sturdier than the one I replaced and the 5 digit lock is much more convenient than a key arrangement. The lock is sturdy yet wraps around my seat post easily. Best of all, I do not feel like I am lugging a 10 pound weight on my rides. Also, the convenience makes it a no brainer to always lock my bike. Highly recommended.

Great lock for the money

Bracket is easy to attach and the lock stays put. Cable is sturdy and plenty long to secure the bike. Overall very happy with purchase. The cable is very thick and seems like it would be very difficult to cut through . The five digit combination instead of four is more secure.

I am using this on a scooter on my college campus. It works great and hangs well on the scooter when I am driving too. I have only had a couple problems but I think it is more how I locked it then anything else. Over all I love this product and would buy again if I needed another one.
