Gets slightly warm

After turning the heat on and letting it warm up for 30 min, I can barely feel the heat. The chair itself is high quality, lots of cool features..but the warming element is pretty much nonexistent. Will be returning.

I ordered these and scorcher set to compare. Knowing I would return the ones I didn’t like (Prime). These lost. They did not warm up like the others - and also were not as comfortable.
