I was just disappointed that I had to paint a chrome hose that ...
Package came with one very long sprayer hose in brushed bronze color. The short hose that properly hangs down in the sink was CHROME. I called the manufacturer and the customer service rep said this is how it is supposed to ship. I painted mine black and it blends right in. I was just disappointed that I had to paint a chrome hose that shipped with a bronze faucet... makes no sense. As stated, these are 1/4 turn handles. That means if you have good water pressure you will only need to turn it a very small amount for plenty of water to come out. Also, the right hand knob rotation is "backwards". Turning it to the right opens the valve...

Handles break and crumble...
I've had this for a few years now, and I honestly love this faucet: it's gorgeous, stylish, and easy to install. All the metal bits are hearty, but, GOOD GODS, the tap handles are just the worst. The "H" and "C" each fell out of their respective fittings within a few months. Then the glue/ epoxy on one of the handles failed, so it was loose sitting on the metal, which caused the inside to discolor. Then, maybe 8 months to a year in, I went to turn the handle and it just crumbled in my hand. So, I got some heavy duty water-proof epoxy and spent time putting it all back together. Put it all back together (minus the "H" which isn't reparable), and thought, "That's that." Nope. Barely a week and it was in pieces again, but this time in new places! Ugh. No universal replacement kit will fit on this faucet, so I've had to commence the search for the replacement from Kingston... which has been a complete nightmare. They don't seem to stock them, so it's been a series of 3rd party sellers who do not seem to give a flying flip about whether their product IDs (or even the finish) matches what they send. For the price of this, I really expected more. It's so disappointing, because I don't want to replace the whole thing; it is beautiful and exactly what I wanted (and EXPENSIVE!) But at $20+ bucks a pop for each replacement attempt, and no guarantee that, if wrong, the replacement will be returnable, the cost is growing.

Perfect!
This faucet worked perfectly on my old cast iron sink that belonged to my great grandmother. The sink had the old faucets where one is for hot and the other cold. These fit the original holes perfectly. I love the sprayer! Well worth the money to get it. I also love how the faucet moves. I can pretty well rinse the whole sink without even using the sprayer. We did have to mount the sprayer on the wall above the sink but that actually keeps it up out of the way just right. So glad I splurged on this!!

Poor quality
This faucet looks very pretty, but it is deceiving. On the day it was installed (yesterday), the C piece on the cold tap fell out. Additionally, the thing that is supposed to hold the spray nozzle is a flimsy adhesive! It fell off the sink within 5 minutes of putting the nozzle in the cradle. How on earth is a flimsy, plastic adhesive supposed to hold a heavy metal spray nozzle AND in wet conditions? I had so many delays with my kitchen remodel, that I was only able to install my farmhouse cast iron sink and faucet yesterday, so I missed my return window. I would have returned it and bought a higher quality faucet. How disappointing.

I put this faucet in a large stainless sink in the garage for miscellaneous use in cleaning up before going in the house. It works well for.

spout too long for sink
would have been easier to use if the spout wasn't as long - too long for the sink

It is a beautiful piece of hardware
It is a beautiful piece of hardware. Unfortunately, it is causing 'knocking' and I haven't taken the time to figure out what the problem is; but, i'm assuming it's internal since neither of my other two faucets caused that issue.

I loved it but I hated it.
This faucet was such a disappointment. We purchased it for our new to us, vintage, drain board sink. After finding a kit to install it into the backsplash with water lines that pre existed under the sink, not in the wall it looked great. Then we turned on the water and got a shower from the splashing, the sprayer was a delight and looked and worked great. It seemed like everything we put under the stream deflected water on us or splashed the rest of the surrounding area. AND goose neck faucets always drip a bit after you turn them off, so we were told and sometimes we would get dripped on turning off the water. Then the water hammer started, we contacted Kingston Brass (great customer service) and they quickly sent new cartridges for the 3 week old faucet. After a brief break from the water hammer it started again and then the hot water handle cracked and the cold water handle began to leak. I ordered an American Standard Heritage faucet to replace it and it is wonderful. It is not a goose neck and it does NOT splash a bit and NO water hammer. It looks beautiful in our sink and very authentic for a vintage sink.
