Not so light weight

I bought this for my wife as a Christmas gift to replace her current ConAir1875 hair dryer. I was surprised to hear that she did not like the Kristin ESS model, after talking about it so much before Christmas. It looks very nice, but performance is equal to the cheaper ConAir model. The biggest factor was the weight. The Kristin ESS Model weighs in at a 1 full pound vs. the ConAir1875 at only 12oz. The weight difference makes a large difference when having to hold up the dryer for extended periods. My wife preferred her ConAir over the Kristin ESS model

Very long power cord

I use this for my hair and my 2 little doggies. The love the quite sound. Very southing for them

Not enough power

Not enough power to blow and hot air. It took a while to dry my hair. But the hair dryer ir delft it's very pretty.

No Heating Element

Didn’t even own it for a month and used it every couple of days and the unit has no heat to it at all. What a waste!

Better off going to Rite Aid

Seems high-quality when you open it, super luxe-looking. Gets really hot and does the job well. Unfortunately, the gold band around the opening is cheap plastic that doesn’t hold up to heat. It quickly cracked and broke off, making the attachments unusable. Really really disappointed with this :(

Only lasted 1 year

My nephew bought this blow dryer for me at Christmas and it only lasted 1 year. looks good!, but very disappointing, especially because of the cost. When this blow dryer failed, I pulled out my old cheap blow dryer that still works.
