Cups, glasses can’t drain into the tray, otherwise love it.

Love the look. There is one design flaw. If you use the glasses rack, the water will run to the lowest part of the glass as it sits on the rack. Unfortunately, that is beyond the tray. So whatever is under that counter or sink will get wet. Therefore you must place that side toward the sink. I would gladly have given up the cutting board feature, although it’s a nice addition, just to have the cup/glass prongs moved back so the whole glass could drain into the tray. Unfortunately, there is no way to adjust that rack. Otherwise, it is very sturdy and well made.

Sturdy

The exterior and holding rack are strong. Great for heavy pots and pans as well as dishes. The dishes stay in place. My dishes are managed by the dishwasher but oversized bowls, cake pans, kettles and special cutlery are hand washed and placed into the rack with ease. The slots for the knifes, loops for cups and sponges all drain into the central, very adjustable drain tube. The drain tube allows you to place the drying rack in any direction that you need. This is extremely helpful. No tools were required to assemble.
