Easy clean up

while it's an extra cost and not cheap, I can often cook back to back recipes with only a rinse and sometimes not evan that. Cleanup os far easier with cobbler late at night when I and kids are tired. That's all the reason to do it you need.

Love these things

I have used these for years. They make clean-up a snap. These are great for things like cobblers, where you don't have to stir. If you have to stir items frequently, use the foil liners.

Cuts down on clean up time - life saver!

These things are very helpful! We make cobblers, lasagna, biscuits, etc. in our dutch oven and these liners have been a total game changer. My dad cooks this stuff up when we are camping so you can guess who used to get stuck doing the clean up - me. So I found these for a stocking stuff last year and they have changed everything. There's no question about "well is it worth the clean up to break out the dutch oven" and it cuts all the fights too because you literally pick up the parchment paper and throw it out and you are ready to go the next time. We've had a couple things that did end up breaking through the parchment paper. Lasagna sometimes requires some scraping and so do the cobblers so it can break through but it's nothing like cleaning up the caked on burnt crispies. You do need to make sure you don't accidentally scrape some paper up with your meal though because it does come out sometimes as you are scooping up your dessert.
