Too much coating... ?
Compared to Babolat Touch VS, and even Klip Legend natural gut, Luxilon has way more coating (or at least, that's how I interpret the comparative lack of fraying). It is more control-oriented, but is lacking a bit in feel. I would rather spend less and enjoy Klip over this. Klip is between the other two (I haven't tried Wilson) with regards to coating. Babolat Touch VS has the most feel, and provides easier power than Klip, which has even more feel than Luxilon. For the less discerning, it definitely suffices - you know you're playing with gut. Power/Feel : Babolat >> Klip > Luxilon (Differences are noticeable.) Control : Luxilon > Klip > Babolat (Differences are less noticeable.) Spin : Klip >= Babolat > Luxilon (Even less noticeable; arguably subjective.)

durable and powerful string
no. 1 string on the ATP tour for a reason- the volleys and serve noticeable improvement these strings are for the power player who wants to take their game to the next level. You'll notice more pop on your serve no question.. I haven't had any elbow pain/issues these come in the sky blue and the silver I am told the silver plays even a little better but I like the blue so sticking with it.

Feel is crisp & clean with pop
I like gut… this string gives you great feel, crisp and clean with plenty of pop and my choice is always 16 gauge…. Be aware that national gut and moisture don’t work together, the strings get short. So it’s always a good idea to have at else one of your tennis rackets strung with synthetic for those hard-core days you are jonesing to play (dew, mist, sprinkle, light rain)…. Two Thumbs Up ????????????????

Great for Spin, Power and Durability
Same as the savage black just different color. Great spin & power combo. Control depends a little more on the tension you use. At least that’s my opinion but I love the string so far… heading to Scottsdale AZ next month for USTA NATIONALS with my Rafa Babolat racquets strung with these orange savage string ready to go!!!

Perfect control and easy on elbow
I'm a 4.5 player with strong strokes and medium spin. I've been playing with ALU Power till I found the 4G 130. Before I had too many unforced errors and long shots, but with 4G string, I have much more confidence in my shots. Great response at the net. You just need to use lower tension and give it some time. I did mine 54 LBS but I might go for 52LBS. One of the best strings I've ever played with.
