Horrible quality and stupid packaging!

Absolutely don't purchase this item! First delivered item has a suction cup that doesn't work at all on even the cleanest non-porous surface like glass, and has many other manufacturing defects including the entire surface of the tip. The item packaging is an unpadded plastic bag, and this was shipped in an unpadded plastic envelope, and it isn't possible to handle the parcel without knowing it's an adult item! We contacted customer service as this item was sold and fulfilled by you-know-who, and they wanted to send a replacement. We made it very clear what the problems were, and were told they would make sure this wouldn't happen again. Received a replacement packaged exactly as the first! And it is defective in the same ways as the first! If you want to receive a package that looks and feels like the adult item it is, and want a defective item (apparently not an isolated case) that doesn't work as intended, and want to talk with customer service about an item neither of you are comfortable talking about, then this is the purchase for you. We haven't mentioned the item by name, nor the company, because we're concerned that this review won't get posted. We also took many photos and videos showing the defects, no working suction, and horrendous packaging, but decided that we would be wasting more time on this than it's worth. Please don't take a chance and order this only to have a terrible experience. And if you are wondering if the packaging would be different if it shipped with other items, we had at least a half dozen items to be shipped each time, and they still shipped it separately twice.
