realistic enough
My angelfish were mating and I decided they needed a better place to lay their eggs than one the filter intake. They like broad leaf plants and I used to have a larger one of these they a different pair used. I would have liked to get an 18 inch version, but this should do. I am just not sure they will like to lay eggs that low in the tank. It looks realistic enough and sways with the water, so it is visually appealing.

LOOKS GREAT
Bought these because I have spawning Angels which love to use these to lay their eggs. In the mean time I bought a tall column tank and this looks really good tucked in a back corner. Very lifelike!

Look real enough for discus to lay eggs on
I simply was using this as decoration, and discus in one tank and angels in another tank were able to lay eggs on a leaf. I've since put a tile in both tanks, but they clearly look real enough to the fish, and me.

Careful on shipping
It's a nice plant. But it came all rolled up into a tight ball. It just bends down and can't be straightened up. Useless. Threw it out. Additional: Seller made adjustment. Will ship plants in a different manner.

Very realistic
I love Marina aquascaper aquarium plants. They're the most realistic colored and textured plants on the artificial aquarium plant market. I won't buy any other brand!

Poorly made
As soon as I opened the package it all fell apart. The group of leaves are not secured to the base sufficiently. The pin the is supposed to keep the unit together is sort of like a push pin that doesn’t hold it together. I would have to glue it in order for it to work properly. Also the color is darker than the photo.

Aquarium plant
The color was natural for an amazing sword but felt it should have more leaves to the plant. It was a little skimpy !
