Rusty and dirty but a fine chair
I just opened my new chair ( I was very excited because my back pain has been bad). Upon opening, I saw that the pieces were dirty (wheels covered in orange/brown dirt or rust), and some parts were already rusty. Now I understand ergonomic chairs are usually much more, so you get what you pay for but still a bummer to get "new" dirty things. I'm still excited to try the chair out and see if it has any longevity problems. Overall just disappointed the chair was so icky when I opened it. I would not be surprised if I were sent someone's return.

Cushions NOT comfortable!!! Reupholstered NOW PERFECT!!!
The cushions had really cheep foam so when you sat down and knelt on them they went straight to the wood; not comfortable at all! You could feel you were sitting right on the wood! The frame is the best I can find here on amazon, it has adjustments which is hard to find this type chair and the casters are great, rolls very smoothly. Super easy to put together and EVERYTHING lined up perfectly! I'll post an update with pics so you can see how the extra foam made all the difference! I was returning the chair but my supervisor said have more foam added, so I did since I LOVE the frame so much!! The chair is currently at work in my office, I work at a computer all day, it PERFECT NOW! I paid $45 bucks for them to add 3 layers of 3/4" dense foam to the seat and kneel pad. I LOVE THIS CHAIR NOW!!!!!

Solid Chair for heavier people.
I am over 300 lbs and since Covid I spend a lot of time in my home office. I noticed all the chairs with the hydraulic piston is only good to 250 lbs they are also more expensive. The chair definitely helps with posture and the adjustable heights setting was fine for me (5'6"). The only thing I don't like about the chair is since I spend so much time in the chair I would like a much denser foam. On the seat but mostly on the lower part. I would not have minded spending more for the chair if I had a denser foam option. If you are heavier this is the best option I have found but I have not checked out the expensive chairs.

I think I'm too tall for it
It's a good quality chair - I am 6'3" and seem to be too tall for it. When my knees are on the bottom pads, my backside hangs off the back of the seat. I would have to move down and put my shins on the bottom pads, which isn't as comfortable. The angle of the seat seems like it should be angled more steeply - it is too flat for a proper kneeling position.

OMG it's so comfortable
The other reviewer is correct, it does not come with instructions...but it is almost completely put together in the box. You only have to attach the seat and put the long pipe through the center support. I found it to be pretty straightforward and it comes with 2 small wrenches on different lengths so you can use them at the same time to stabilize the center support. It took less than 10 minutes to assemble and my husband and I are already fighting over who gets to sit in it. I bought to be my home office chair and I so, so happy I did. It's sturdy and appears very durable. Sitting in it makes perfect posture pretty effortless. I'm hoping it will help with my back pain. I'll update this review if it breaks or the cushions become terrible.

High quality, well designed chair.
Fantastic build quality, being a mechanical designer I always appreciate a well designed product. I always judge a product by the quality of fasteners it comes with. This chair uses threaded machine screws with thread lock compound so they dont come loose. Built exactly like a commercial weight bench is what I compare it to. Cushions again are just like a weight bench, 2 inches or so thick, leather type covering. I've yet to take it to work, but first try makes me hopeful. I expect to use it half a day to give relief to all day sitting at my desk. I decided to write this review regardless if I even keep it. It deserves 5 stars on build quality alone.

Not good for short people?
They have sturdy construction, comfortable padding and quality styling. Six screws and hex tool provided to assemble yourself simple and quick. Unfortunately, if you adjust the height (which is easily done with one click) up the angle of the seat just becomes too sharp to sit on without sliding forward. Would not recommend for kids or adults shorter than 5'6".

Came in Pieces with No Assembly Instructions
This seems to be a nice, functional, and comfortable chair. However, there were no assembly instructions included in the box and so I can't be sure that I put it together correctly. Not sure if I can recommend this item - it would have been better if it came assembled or if it had come with instructions. As it is, I had to figure it out on my own.

Not for overweight people :(
I’m 33 yo F, ~200lbs. I found this chair really hard on my knees. I don’t have knee problems. I sat on it for 20 minutes this morning (with an extra pillow under my knees after reading the comments) and then afterwards I struggled to bend my knees to walk down the stairs. I really wanted to like this and it did keep my back straight but the pressure it put on my knees and the weird not-being-able-to-walk-properly thing that happened afterwards made this an instant return. Maybe it’s just not good for overweight folks like myself. Your weight does shift and go onto your knees. Such a bummer.

Good quality chair, easy to assemble.
This is a very good quality chair and super easy to assemble. I was reading some of the reviews where people were saying it was difficult to put together, but they must have purchased a different chair! It's literally 4 screws for the seat, and one bolt through the middle and all tools are provided. Love this chair, very comfortable on the knees and butt with some good thick foam. I has a nice sleek design and fits right in with my decor on my main floor office space. My back and and health are thanking me.

Super sturdy!
Really helps with lower back pain and hip pain from regular computer chairs. Only drawback is that you will have to take more frequent breaks from this chair because it places so much pressure on your shins and the shin pad isn't particularly thick so your legs will really hurt after a while. You really have to find a height balance where your feet don't go numb quickly and your legs don't feel crushed. Another thing for people to note when buying it is that it will make you sit considerably taller so you're going to have to raise your work surface up or your monitor.

Strong Frame and Soft Padding
A very good kneeling chair for the price. Has a strong frame and soft padding. Also has 6 different heights. The rollers also make it mobile. I never had a kneeling chair before this but it does really improve my sitting posture and I do not feel any pressure on the shins as some people are claiming.
