Unable to remove blades

The blender works quite well so far. However, contrary to the description that the blades are removable I have been completely unable to remove the blades. It almost seems like the blade assembly is glued to the base. This makes it difficult to clean. I wish the seller would either respond to exactly how to remove the blades or remove it from the description. There is no information about this in the instruction booklet that came with it. Many other buyers have complained about this as well. Otherwise it seems like a pretty good blender. I like the glass jug, the smaller size and it chops up ice very well for smoothies. No clumps of ice. Not excessively noisy. Great for shakes.

Amazing blender

LOVE this blender so far. Can’t speak to how it holds up over a long time period, but I’m really impressed with how quiet it is while also being effective. And the fact that it is glass, not plastic, makes it way better suited for hot soup, etc. It has 2 speeds and a pulse setting, which is more than enough. It’s also a little smaller than other blenders I’ve had - 1000ml as opposed to 1250ml - which I actually prefer, as I usually make smoothies or soups or salad dressings for just myself, and a smaller vessel is more convenient for washing, drying, and storing. I’ve had personal serving sized bottle blenders in the past, and those are a little bit too small, so this is an ideal size.

Horrible!!!

This product is absolutely horrendous. Bought it as a gift for my son and his wife and they used it four times and it died. What a useless piece of garbage. I do not recommend buying it or if you do, I recommend using many, many times, while it is still returnable.

Update

This is a very nice little blender. I was tired of replacing the blades on my big Ninja blender (which I used every day for smoothies.) Besides that, the Ninja is SO noisy! So, I thought I would give this blender a try. I am very pleased with everything about it. It takes up less counter space, is powerful enough to blend frozen strawberries and smallish ice cubes. It is much quieter and I REALLY like the glass container. I've mixed hot soup in this blender with no problems at all. It's made well and, hopefully, will last much longer than those Ninja replacement blades! Considering the cost of those blades, this should pay for itself in no time. UPDATE! UPDATE! DO NOT BUY THIS BLENDER!!!!! This was delivered on August 13, today is October 21, 2022 and it stopped working! The little blades on the bottom of the pitcher all broke off. It will no longer blend at all and unless I could replace the entire container, there is no way to repair it. Very disappointed!!!

Easy to use

Works great. Nice for making frozen drinks. A little loud like most blenders but after a few pina coladas you won’t mind the noise. I would recommend this product.

This is a very nice looking blender with a simple display. It goes well with my kitchen and does not look cluttery at all. Very easy to use and good value

Lid was broken right out of the box

I read the reviews for this blender and that is what helped me make my decision to purchase it. It came today and I was super excited to use it, but the lid is broken. I am hoping I can get it replaced! Other than that, it looks great and when I get to use it, I will write a better review.
