I bought this item in 2 sizes, XS and S in navy. Pre-pregnancy size was XXS-XS. I wanted a suit that I could use for lap swimming 2-3 times a week that would also be nice for a beach trip since I only want to spend for 1 maternity swimsuit. I think tankinis are just easier to get into with a growing body compared to a one-piece suit. I like the option of having the bottom waistband folded down under the belly. It can also be unfolded, although I'm not sure I would consider it a "full panel" bottom for taller ladies (on me, unfolded, the waistband almost reaches my navel - I'm 5'0"). The style is very nice, including the twist detail in front and the ruching on the sides with ties to adjust the fit. I like that it has molded cups sewn in, which I prefer over removable ones - although I wish the cups were slightly thicker for modesty's sake in - ahem - aquatic conditions. Sizing: The XS in this tankini felt very small. I am currently fluctuate between 110-112 lbs, 32D, 35" hips at 22 weeks, and it was quite uncomfortable over the belly. I doubted whether it would last me throughout my pregnancy. I kept the S and will return the XS. I have not tested this suit yet in the pool, so I hope the fabric holds up to chlorine - I'll try to edit/add to this review after a few wears. I only wish the straps were adjustable as I have a short torso. The straps are not quite falling off -- although I do have somewhat "athletic" shoulders to help the straps stay on -- so I hope they are secure for actual swimming. Overall a good suit for $60 (thank you, Prime Day!) but I recommend going up a size.
