Not good for active dogs
The base piece that covers seat and footrest slips off so easily with movement. I got this to cover the chair my mastiff likes to sit in and when he gets comfy adjusting himself to the chair, the base peice always slips off. The rest of the pieces stay perfectly in place. It's a very snug fit on smaller-medium size recliner, but it looks great and is comfy when it stays on.

Decent fit; color is actually wine.
Maytex was my 2nd choice to convert a creme-colored wingback chair to wine, matching and replacing a chair that's broken. Color match was most important, but I really wanted a 2 piece solution so I could remove the cushion without unpinning the cover. Unfortunately, that 'solution' didn't work out, so Maytex it is. Like a lot: Color!! The wine color very closely matches the chair being replaced. Like: Fabric. The fabric is stretchy but not overly 'fluffy.' It feels better than the cover that cost twice as much. It also easily masked the creme color with no see-thru. Mostly like: Fit. I like the legs of my chair so really didn't want it to cover them. I had to compromise some and tuck the cover a little bit under the cushion. Didn't have much to work with but it'll do. The rest of it fit fairly well, though the elastic near the bottom back pulls funny. Of course, it might have something to do with me not stretching the cover all the way down in the front. Overall, it certainly looks better than the sheet I had over the chair! Like: Tag removal Tag removal was simple. The manufacturer must have updated them because they came off fairly easily and didn't leave much behind if anything. Missing? Pins. I read reviews where they got upholstery pins with their cover but it's unclear which one. This wingback chair cover didn't come with any.

HAD PROBLEMS WITH ALL 4 PIECES
It took over 2 hours to make this work on my standard rocker Lazy Boy Recliner. #1 It was too big. After I put it on and got the front and arms looking good, I had so much extra fabric on the back of the arms that I decided to wash and dry the arm covers to try to shrink them. They did not shrink at all. So, I was going to have to drag out my sewing machine and reduce the size of the arm covers or think of a quick-fix. I went for the quick-fix. I went to the under side of the fabric and gathered it up like a pony tail and put a rubber band around the extra fabric and IT FITS NOW , of course, this area is all gathered looking on the outside but fairly neat, but I believed the slip cover for the back of the chair would cover this up but it didn't.and, but this chair was going to be backed up to a wall. Next, I put the slipcover on the chair back. I was shocked! Looked great on the front...but came no where near going to bottom of the chair on the back...there is white elastic around the edges with lots of gathers and there was no way to pull it down far enough to cover the back.SO.... I cut the elastic off and turned the edges under and nailed the back to some wood on each side of the on the back of the chair. I had already worked for about an hour, when I got to the "short back problem" so I wasn't going to give up. Yes, I destroyed the back, in a way, and it will be very time consuming to take off and put back on for washing. It turned out looking ok on the back, but I wouldn't want anyone to examine it. Also, on Lazy Boy chairs the backs come apart from the seats and fit in to a long metal attachment which was covered up by the fabric. I reluctantly cut a slit in the fabric for for that. It worked. I dread the day I have to remove this to wash it, but I will deal with that at that time. It looks fabulous from the front and sides. The seat was a very tight fit...almost didn't make it around the foot portion...arms too big and back too short. A real ordeal. I can't see the back fitting any recliner, unless it's extra small. I DID LIKE HAVING THE 4 PIECES...IT HELPED ME ADJUST.

Did not cover the back.........
The material is soft and stretches pretty good. However, the back section was cut too narrow and it does not completely cover the lower back of the recliner. This would have been okay if the back of the recliner was against a wall, but it is not. It is in an open area. I would have rated this product a 3 1/2 if there was a rating for it.

Absolute best chair cover!
I had spend so much money testing out the right covers for my recliners. I have 2 toddlers so it was important that they meet quite a few standards. These meet ALL of our families needs! Easy to wash, easy to put on and take off, SUPER STRETCHY, durable and of course the proper fit. So happy with this purchase!

Great stays on and covers
Covers whole recliner no stretching or gaps. The seat part doesn’t stay well we have to stretch through and hook to something on bottom

Great slipcovers for the price - Use for smaller wing back chairs
These are great slipcovers for the price. I fluffed in the dryer and put on my chair in about 3-5 minutes. I read a lot of reviews on several slipcovers, from less expensive to higher-priced known brands. Some had comments like "t-shirt material"...these are medium weight and appear to be durable. Some of the higher-priced ones had a lot of negative reviews, so I decided to try these first due to the price. I'm very happy with my purchase. The "olive" is really more gray (see pic), which I had read from one post so that is what I wanted. They fit great on my older and smaller wing chairs (seat cushion 27" at largest point), but I use caution if yours is larger. They may stretch to fit but the seams will be off. My only complaint is that you have to use caution to tear off the position tags, such as "seat cover front" (see pic). The first one I pulled quickly and was left with small white pieces on the arm, which I had to tweeze out (took longer than installing the cover). However, I then used caution removing the others with no problem.

To big
To big for my chair, slips around. Have to constantly rearrange. Positive, great colour. Should have different sizes.
