perfect!!

Easy to assemble and install. Great support and stability.

I purchased 2 of these, two step stools, and 2 dual size toilet seats (see photo) to make our bathrooms accessible for my 9 year old. She has mobility and core strength issues, but there’s really only ready made solutions for potty training age and then the elderly/adults. There’s nothing for older disabled children to help with safety and stability. Using the three items together, I was able to create a safe setup that meets her needs. The toilet support bars were very easy to put together and install. Getting the legs adjust just right for your toilet height can be a little tricky, but it’s really just working until it sits as tight as possibly. These are excellent for my daughter. She’s able to stabilize herself sitting down and on the toilet. She can use the handles effectively to assist with standing up. I have already recommended this product to other families in our situation.

Just what Dad needed!

It is just what our 88-year old father needed to assist him in the bathroom and to allow him greater independence. It also came a couple days ahead of schedule. Nice surprise.

Wont fit on top of the bidet add on, they use the same holes & looks like its too thick.

Looks easy to install but wont work for us so Ill donate & just use a simple walker in front of me til my leg heals up if ever ????

Serves its purpose

I like that it is small vs bulky. Like other reviews, the holes will not align if you have a rounded tank, as I do. We were able to hammer in the center to round it & make it fit. Also due to this toilet being very old, the holes on this device had to be filed & widened for the bolts to fit correctly. It is a bit wobbly, but seems sturdy enough if used correctly.

Strong, adjustable, super easy to install

This is exactly what my tiny mum needed. The "C" shaped handles provide two padded heights so she can start with the lower handles and when she is standing, move to the upper handles for support. Installation (yes, with a curved tank) was very easy. The space is limited and each rail can be adjusted independently. The rails attach sturdily, but are removed easily, so one or both can be removed to use the shower, then just popped back in when you need it. The whole thing could be easily taken on travels and quickly installed on to nearly any loo where required, like a hotel, Air B & B etc. Strongly recommend this product for anyone with old people who may not be quite as independent as they think they are.

beware high handles can not be lowered enough to make the devise useable for small people

many toilettes are low and the handles of this device can not be lowered enough to make it useable ... my brother had to use a metal saw to reduce the height of the legs and to drill the holes at the back of the device, where it attaches to the toilette, to make them bigger, so that the handles would go low enough for our mother to be able to use the devise to get up. This device should come in different sizes for different sized people with different arm lengths. The manufacturer should actually test it with some smaller elderly folks to see what works and what doesn't.

Over large bracket does not fit toilets with curved tanks.

This will only work with straight toilet tanks, which is unfortunate. I am a very mechanically inclined guy and tried to adapt the bracket but was unable to get it to work on my father-in-laws particular WC. I have drilled the bracket so no refund is possible. I will keep looking for a better solution.

Great product!

Product works great! It would be nice if there were a few more holes to make adjusting the width a bit more flexible….. other than that I would definitely recommend the product.

Not suitable for seniors due to width and height, not reurnable

Bought this for my senior parents. They told me the bars are too high and narrow (I can't make them any lower), and they can't reach around to wipe, due to the bars being in the way. Amazon SHOULD SPECIFY ON THE PRODUCT LISTING THAT IT IS NOT RETURNABLE!!!)
