Stores 8 capsules in each line
Getting use to inserting the capsules into designated slots. A bit flimsy but like that I could store it under the machine.

Could be better designed; quite expensive for what it really is
I purchased this storage drawer for Nespresso capsules. If you want a realistic description of what this item is, it's an inexpensive plastic tray housed inside an inexpensive plastic shell. The tray (calling it a drawer is misleading since it doesn't glide on any rollers or tracks) can be pulled out when my CitiZ is sitting on top of the unit, but it definitely takes a bit of effort and isn't a smooth gliding motion like a cupboard or dresser drawer. Perhaps that could not be expected at this price point, however, it should be noted lest someone think "drawer" means this is going to function just like a real drawer. Another issue I have with this unit is that the individual rows that hold the capsules don't really seem to be designed specifically for Nespresso capsules even though that's what this product description and the box it shipped in says. The rows are a little too wide, allowing capsules to wiggle back and forth a little when the tray is pulled or pushed. Why does that matter? Well, one cannot reach the capsules in the back of each row without pulling the tray all the way out. Because of this, I don't entirely fill each row but instead leave a bit of empty space so that I don't have to pull the tray entirely out to be sure I've used all of the capsules. The problem is that when one pulls the tray or picks up a capsule from the row, the lack of a tight fit causes the capsules to move. and I find that even though I purposefully don't put capsules all the way back that the capsules end up getting pushed far back during ordinary usage of this storage tray. A far better design would have been to have had a very mild, spring loaded pressure pad at the end of each row that could keep capsules from being pushed back AND that would force capsules to the front of the tray as capsules were removed. Is that expecting too much for an item that costs so little? I'm not sure, but I don't think so. In the end, this really is just a pretty piece of plastic and not something that seems to have had much thought put into its functionality. It's nice to have somewhere to store my capsules near my CitiZ, but I wish this tray offered more than a simple black plastic enclosure.

Smooth as Silk, just like Nespresso
I purchased this to go under my Nespresso U-D50 and Aeroccino. In the picture above, the drawer is depicted opening up by pulling the drawer towards you. On my countertop, that configuration would be taking up too much space, so I angled it so that the drawer opens to the left. It's PERFECT that way, as my Nespresso maker sits on the left and the Aeroccino sits on the right. What a set-up! I love it! It's plastic, but the plastic is hard and seems as though it'll last. It's a somewhat dull, not completely matte finish on the outside, so it ought to hide some scratches if I make any. The drawer pull is identical to the photo as well, and it's modern and sleek. When I pull out the drawer, there are no catches or squeaks, so the plastic must be well-formed from one piece to the other. I am new to Nespresso, so I don't know what "cru" of coffee is what color capsule. I took the end of each sleeve of coffee, where the type of coffee is printed, and trimmed it with scissors to fit down in the bottom of the drawer. So, if I forget--from order to order--what kind of coffee I'm drinking, all I have to do is look at the little label I've tucked in the bottom of each row. Yes, when the row is less than completely full, the capsules slide a little bit from the back of the row to the front of the drawer, but, since they stay in their own row, it's not a problem to me. I knew I didn't want a carousel or some other kitschy capsule holder like they make for this machine or for the machine that holds the K-cups (Nespresso capsules are NOT interchangeable with K-cups), but I wanted, in my small kitchen, to make good use of my little bit of counterspace. It's great, and I'm really glad I bought it.

Better than it Looks
I purchased the Mind Reader 50 Capacity Nespresso Capsule Storage Drawer just over two years ago for use with the Nespresso Pixie Espresso Maker, Electric Titan (Discontinued Model). My first impression was that it was made with cheap plastic and would not hold up. Two years later, and after moving it from home to my office for a year and then to my new home, it still looks the same as when I bought it and works as well as day one. I bought the black model to match the machine which sits nicely centered on top of the storage drawer. It uses the original line Nespresso capsules and the drawer fits approximately 50. I have taken to buying the Lavazza brand Nespresso compatible capsules and they are slightly smaller, fitting about 55. At a distance or glance the Mind Reader 50 Capacity Nespresso Capsule Storage Drawer looks good. Upon close inspection it does look cheaply made of low quality plastic but who is really going to be looking that close at it? The one I purchased has held up with two years of daily use. The plastic looks cheap but is not. It is easy to clean and wipes down with a damp cloth. The drawer opens and closes smoothly and pulls out fully for easy loading. I would purchase this product again if I needed a 2nd one.

Practical, but "Silver" one looks cheap!
It's practical, and does what it says! Coffee Machine sits on top fine, and drawer opens easily. Not really impressed with how it looks, it's cheap and plasticy! Colour description is 'Silver', really it should just be 'Grey'. There is nothing 'Silver' about it at all. Disappointed! Actually went back to check that I hadn't ordered a Grey one by mistake! To be fair, The handle looks good! ;0)

Good product, not as solid as it could be but it's still very good.
This is quite a nice addition to my nespresso inissia machine. It holds 50 pods, although you can actually get 55 in if you wanted. The drawer pulls out very far without any worry of it popping or falling out as it will stop. It looks quite pleasing underneath the coffee machine and has stopped my family complaining that my Nespresso machine and pods are taking up too much space. The only reason it looses a star because it's not as solid as it perhaps could be, when I am making a coffee and using a fairly small coffee glass or cup, the vibration causes the cup to vibrate off the machine so I need to keep an eye on it when I'm making coffee. This only happens when the machine is on this drawer but it's not a massive issue because I mostly use larger mugs which are heavy enough to not vibrate and fall off.

Fits under Latissimo perfectly
Bought this to store capsules under my Latissimo machine, it fits well and I filled it with PODs, each row takes a sleeve and an extra pod. They fit in very well and it fits under the machine well. The drawer looks good but up close is made of plastic and looks like it so it doesn't match the machines white perfectly, but overall very happy with it.

Smart and well made
Not sure what kind of coffee machine the people who are saying this isn't solid enough to support the weight have, but mine holds my Magimix Inissia with no problems at all. No problems closing the drawer, or anything like that - in fact I deliberately opened the drawer to full extension before placing the machine on top, and didn't notice any bowing in the plastic whatsoever. Discretely stores 50 Nespresso capsules, saves loads of space on my kitchen worktop, and looks very smart to boot. It may well be that a (significantly) heavier machine could cause issues with the drawer, but for a standard machine it's streets ahead of the flimsy wire drawer alternatives I've seen available elsewhere.

Utter rubbish
This arrived in time but was disappointed at the quality of the product. Just cheap plastic and not as sturdy as suggested in the advertisements. Considering that the price is rather more than similar, one has to query claims being made. It was sent back immediately to AMAZON who refunded with no problems - hence the one star rating. THANKS AMAZON.
