8 year old loves this
First and foremost, my 8 year old son loves this bike. He is not special needs, he was just so scared of falling that learning to ride an upright bike terrified him. One day at the bike shop they let him ride around on a $5,000 trike and he loved it, so I got this for him as the next best thing. And he loves it! He is now begging to go on bike rides, and tells me how tired his legs are getting from riding it so much. I was a bit worried if he didn’t like it, because it does cost more than a regular 2 wheeler for his age. But it is really well constructed and easy to assemble. And the fact that it can expand as he grows for a few years evens out the upfront cost. Customer service is very good, the cap for the adjustment screw was broken during shipment and Mobo sent me a new one no problem. And it is a really sharp looking bike. It’s so cool looking that other kids don’t bother to wonder why he’s riding a 3 wheeler, they just think it’s neat. My 12 year old daughter also likes riding it! I’m so thankful that this company decided to think outside the box and considered cost to regular families. Bike riding truly should be for anyone to enjoy.

Not bad, but no tight turning and price is steep
We have a hemiparetic child who needs more physical exercise, but doesn't have the function to be able to manage a regular bicycle. We did a lot of research, but there wasn't a ton of options out there that seemed like they'd work for our child's specific needs, especially in kids sizes. Some of the social media circles we frequent had recommended the Mobo recumbent trike as a good option, and even though the price tag was daunting, we decided to pull the trigger. I'm not sure it was the right move. Assembly took about an hour and 20min, but I had three children crawling on me, so your results may vary. No major errors or hiccups, but the assembly guide is minimalist, so you need to use your head a little. The trike is solid, as other users have noted. All metal, no cheap parts. The screws holding the seat cushion to the frame did come loose, all of them, within a day. We noticed one had actually completely fallen off onto the driveway. I tightened them all again and will keep an eye on it, but that was concerning. The other big issue I have with this is the turning radius. This trike cannot corner well or make tight circles, only big loops. The tightest cornering it can do is about a 10foot radius. It's a bit of an issue since pedaling backward doesn't reverse the bike, leading to multiple times when we had to lift/drag it to a new position. I can see this being trouble if we get to the point where we're out on sidewalks and need to make a 90* on a 3ft wide strip of cement. Basically this is a solution for wide open paved areas. The trike works well overall and my child seems to tentatively like it. We need to invest in solid straps/cages to keep their feet from sliding off the pedals, but the high price tag and the limited turning radius combine to leave me feeling less than satisfied with the purchase.

Awesome... but get the Pro!
With a child on the Autism spectrum, everything you buy is a guessing game. This guess paid-off big time. My 10-year-old son absolutely loves this bike. He had never been on a bike of any kind, but took to this thing in a matter of minutes. My only regret overall is that I didn't buy the larger wheeled Triton Pro version. If you're buying this bike for anyone over the age of around 8 or 9 and they have any amount of strength at all, buy the Triton Pro for a few dollars more. The problem is that with the smaller wheels, you tend to "spin" the wheels when you start peddling if you aren't heavy enough, thus wearing the tires out rather quickly... like, in a month. Replacement tires aren't that expensive (around $10-$15 or so), but that's enough that you don't want to have to do it often. You'll also find that the larger wheel means less peddling to go the same distance. The bike itself is easy to put together, the instructions are pretty darn clear and the pieces are easily distinguishable and clearly marked—shouldn't take an average person more than 20-minutes. This thing is built sturdy as heck. There are no "cheap plasticy parts" to be found. The only downside to my particular experience was that the product arrived intact, but appeared to have been stored in a warehouse that either caught fire or had a really bad brake/tire-dust issue. The seats had black grime all over them that took 20-minutes or more of scrubbing to remove... same goes for the handle bars, and some of the fender metal (though that came off much easier). No permanent damage to anything, just a filthy mess. By the time I put the bike together, it looked like I had cleaned up a camp fire.

Perfect with our son that has Hemiplegia / Cerebral Palsy as a result of stroke
Our 9 year has hemiplegic cerebral palsy. This bike has been perfect for him. We tried regular bikes for so long. It was incredibly frustrating to him. Now, he goes on a bike ride every day. He loves this bike. We found it easy to put together. Since he is right sided hemiplegic, we were able to easily transfer the brake lever from the right “handlebar” to the left one. I can’t compare this bike to other similar brands in terms of quality and features but the price is substantially less than others we found online and have not been disappointed with either the quality or features.

Excellent Product!
We purchased this for our daughter with autism and balance challenges. We have not been able to remove the training wheels for her 2 wheeler and she becoming very frustrated not being able to go where the other kids could. She had the hang of the Mobo within minutes and was grinning from to ear to ear. She has ridden it on dirt, gravel, grass and the street - it really goes anywhere. As it is direct drive to the wheel there is quite a lot of torque and she can climb most inclines in our neighbourhood. The cruiser itself is very sturdy, quality built and went together very quickly. Overall we are very pleased with the purchase and would highly recommend.

Did the job⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I recently broke my leg and had to have surgery. I could no longer walk my 100 lb siberian husky. This bike is not only helping me rehabilitate my leg but also allows me to walk my dog safely. Low to the ground prevents any chance of tipping over, great center of gravity, and helps me outweigh him so he can’t pull me. It works great through the parks adding good resistance but also easy to control speed wise to keep up with him without running him over. This has really brought a smile to both of us. Would recommend for anyone with a broken leg to just get out till you can actually walk again. Oh it is just fun to ride.

Nice bike
I bought this for my 10 year old daughter with CP. She loves it. I had to purchase custom pedals though because her feet would fall off even with the strapped pedals that mobo sells. Seeing her big smile when she rides it makes it worth the purchase.

A REAL EYE-CATCHING BIKE!
This is a fabulous alternative for a 5 year old with special needs who hasn't been able to peddle a regular bike to date. I thought I would need to get special peddles for him but after a few attempts he is now peddling his new bike on his own and loving it. I didn't give it 5 stars only because the box was in rough shape and a few non essential pieces of the bike were scratched/broken. But the Amazon price was right so those minor issues can be overlooked.

Very Sturdy and Super Cool Looking
We got this bike for my daughter who has spina bifida and will not likely ever ride a two-wheeler. It was pretty easy to put together and she absolutely loves it. It's very sturdy and will last her a very long time.
