Roomy
Great bag. Pretty well made. I’d like to see better seams and higher quality materials/zippers for the price but all in all it’s a great bag and it holds all my tech and my 16” MacBook too so it’s got lots of room!

Good concept, poor execution
This is now the third MOS Pack I have ordered in total (V3, Blackpack, V4), and this one is now my daily driver. The reason I bought it was because the V3 was missing some features of the Blackpack which I really liked and the Blackpack (which you claim to be your best backpack ripped between the zipper of the main compartment and the back the first time I loaded it up to what I would still consider within reason (I didn't return it because I was able to fix it it by sewing it back together and because shipping from Europe to the USA takes really long) Now that I have it I want to share some major complaints about it. First up my biggest complaint. The phone pocket next to the passport pocket. The zipper from the passport pocket protrudes into the phone pocket which, in my opinion at least, is a safety concern. I have already hurt myself (small cut) when I was getting something out of the pocket that was on the bottom of it because the end of the afore mentioned zipper has sharp edges. On the topic of zippers. I feel like they are not as smooth as on my previously bought models. And staying on topic. It is nice that the second compartment now has zippers that go all the way to the bottom, however the zippers from the small pocket in the front add some bulk to the sides which stops the zipper from going down to the bottom smoothly. My shoulder straps were not attached symmetrically or centered which is immediately noticeable when looking at it. There are a lot of ending threads just poking out everywhere, which is not nice to look at and on the bottom of the main compartment (on the side where the power cord comes in) there was a poorly sewed portion. I love the idea of your backpacks but if you don't improve your quality control (or manufacturing quality) I am afraid I won't be buying any more of your backpacks (especially since it is kinda expensive getting them into Europe due to shipping costs and import tax) Now to round it out some minor things I would change if I were to design this backpack 1.) In the main compartment I would remove the rubber strap pocket which is placed on the Powerbank pocket. 2.) Improve the velcro strap on the Reach C rubber strap pocket because it feels kinda cheap and maybe add one to the pocket on the other side. 3.) Get some more colors. I really liked the granite color of the V3 4.) Figure out a way to have a detachable sternum strap. 5.) Make the water bottle pocket slightly higher to accommodate 1 litre bottles (not necessarily the pocket but definitely make the zipper larger because the bottles actually fit if you use enough force to get them through the zipper 6.) Give me back my 2 cable management thingies on the smaller of the 2 pouches in the main compartment. 7.) The color choice of the inside orange is highly subjective but I preferred the color of the V3 or the Blackpack

About a week with office hopping IT guy.
Great quality, holds all my drives, laptop, tablet, other annoying tools for my IT work... better than the Dell bag and dell messenger.... Didn't get their brand plug but I did pick one up to charge everything at once... Now to pair with a decent battery and I'll be all set for my office hops. Comfort of the straps help with my sore shoulders and back when I have my cane. . . And thickness of material I wouldn't be worried if my destructive teenage son carried it.

Does not fit Dell G5 15.6" laptop
The bag seems well built and sturdy, however, I bought it to carry my laptop around but upon receiving it my laptop (a Dell G5 15.6") did not fit in the laptop sleeve built-in

Buy the PSU as well! Perfect.
I really like this bag, it has plenty of storage and if you buy the PSU you have a build in charging up. Yes it is expensive, but you get what you pay for here. Quality, style and a hardwaring practical back pack.

We got this backpack as a Christmas gift for our grandson. It was exactly what he wanted - it will most likely serve him until he finishes college it two years. Very nice product.
