Don't love the missing features with the new model.
Let me preface this by saying. Between my Mom and I there has been a Mr. Coffee iced tea maker in our house for more than 20 years. I believe this recent acquisition was number 4 (possibly 5). The first one came in when I was around 8 and we've repurchased when they died ever since as they've been steady and consistent tea makers. We live in the South. We drink a lot of iced tea. After water its our main beverage. Our tea makers get used. Though there are some pros to this new 2qt model that they've changed to, I'm not happy with it overall. There are definite pros and cons. Pros: Cleaning the pitcher and filter are easier. Stacking for storage is convenient. Round pitcher is easy to store in the fridge Cons: I cannot adjust the brew strength of the tea like the 3 qt. As I like green and my Mom likes black this makes a huge difference in the flavor of a brew. Its led to having to majorly dilute the tea some days and have it still be bitter. I cannot access the water storage system for cleaning. I'm going too have to run a gallon of vinegar through it every time I need to do any cleaning. Which means minimum once a month (most likely twice a month) I'm buying an extra gallon of vinegar with how often we drink iced tea. It holds slight under the 2 qts. I cannot purchase a second pitcher (or at least I haven't figured out how). With our previous model we would have two three quart pitchers in our fridge. My Mom is a faster tea drinker than I and so our days of machine use are different. We can't do that with this. I'm going to have to decant every time so that we can reuse the machine for the next person; which means I just had to buy two 2 quart pitchers from IKEA just to hold our tea to immediately decant into after brewing. Which is an additional item to clean. Wish I hadn't donated my other pitchers when I ordered the new machine. If you're someone like us that makes a lot of tea or makes multiple types of teas a week, or is even using it to make iced tea or lemonade at parties then you're going to be constantly decanting into other vessels and brewing nonstop. Which leads me to the other problem. You may need less tea bags to brew this size a single time, but if you consume a lot of tea weekly you're going to be using more tea bags to brew than the 3 qt. I did the math based on how quickly my Mom went through the first pitcher and started a new one and she's going to be using close to 9-12 extra tea bags a month and myelf 3-6 just to maintain the additional brewing that's required for our average tea consumption. So between us that's essentially a box of tea a month or 12 boxes a year beyond what we've previously done. I just feel its a lot of waste compared to the other model that let you select various brewing sizes and strengths. A family of four would use a single pitcher of tea in one sitting with this model if they each had a refill during their meal using an 8 ounce cup. If you're using this only for one person in your house or the occasional tea drinker, you're probably okay. For the hard core iced tea drinkers or if you're brewing for more than a few people expect to pay more annually, and brew more often than the previous model, for a lower quality brew with its reduced settings. I'm probably going to hunt for a different brand. I'm really not happy with the taste on the new one. It does not brew iced green tea as well as the original at all.

One of my favorites
I have owned one of these for decades. I’ve never had one break but the pitcher does occasionally. This Las time it happened when we moved. So I bought a new one. My guests love the iced tea. I can use my favorite teabags and put the sugar in while it’s hot before it gets over the ice. It comes out perfect every time. I usually use 6 teabags for each pitcher, but it’s up to your tastebuds to determine what’s best for you. Love this. It’s my favorite appliance.

Great
I used to use the Mr coffee 3qt iced tea maker but I left some tea bags in it one time and they got moldy so I had to throw the whole thing away. This one is only 2qts (they don't make the 3qt anymore) and you don't put the tea bags into the tea maker in this model. Instead there's a special lid for the pitcher where you put the tea bags, and you switch out that lid for the pourable spout lid when you put the pitcher in the fridge so it reminds you to throw the tea bags away so the tea maker will never get moldy. The tea tastes great. This model doesn't have the dial to change how strong the tea flavor is like the 3qt model but it still makes perfect tea. I use 2 family size Luizianne tea bags. The one disappointment I have for this model is that there is no clear window in the water tower so you can't see the level of the water as you're filling it. It brews quickly too.

Brew Delicious Iced Tea at Home with Mr. Coffee TM75 Maker
The Mr. Coffee TM75 Iced Tea Maker is an absolute game-changer for anyone who loves iced tea. This machine is incredibly easy to use and produces delicious iced tea in just a few minutes. The 1 EA, Blue, TM1RB design is not only stylish but also fits seamlessly into any kitchen. I also appreciate that the machine is easy to clean and has a removable brew basket for added convenience. Overall, I would recommend the Mr. Coffee TM75 Iced Tea Maker to anyone looking for an affordable and efficient way to enjoy fresh iced tea at home.

Time saver and very convenient..????
Love my Mr. Coffee ice tea maker. Been drinking ice tea for awhile and decided to indulge and treat myself to this product. Boy am glad I did. Extremely easy to use…easy to clean. In a short 10 minutes I have a pitcher of tea! I use to use the cold brew method…it would take awhile and I found myself making tea on a daily basis. The Mr. Coffee tea maker makes a large pitcher where I only have to brew tea every two days. Highly recommend.????????

Ok for the most part
At first it was very confusing on how to use it. But once I used it a few times I got used to how it's used. There is one thing, that if I had noticed before I bought it I wouldn't have. Most tea makers have the light-med-strong option. This one does not. It's jus on or off. I like my tea a little stronger but this maker doesn't give that so I can't make mine a stronger.

Way Cheaper Than Buying Bottled Tea
I used to buy bottled tea but I drink a lot of it. Also, with supply chain issues sometimes the one I wanted was not in stock. So I bought this brewer. I don't know why I waited so long. Now I brew all of my tea that I drink. I like this too because you are able to choose the brand of tea you prefer, and can adjust the strength to your liking. While they sell large tea bags to brew larger quantities, you can also use small bags in this brewer. It is pretty quick (about the speed of a coffee maker). Super easy to clean. Everything can be quickly rinsed. I've even put my parts through the dishwasher.

Get this one!
I bought this Hirsch German stainless steel and glass one but it was horrible. Leaked everywhere. This one is simple and works fantastically. It’s a francttion of the price as well. I would prefer they make a better looking version so it blends into a high end kitchen better.

Great product
This is my second Mr. Coffee Iced tea maker! So easy to use. As I’m storing tea in fridge, I don’t add ice to the jug, just water and some sugar for sweet tea. When it’s finished brewing, I fill the jug with water and refrigerate! I find two of the family sized bags is just right for us and once the pot shuts off, I usually let the bags steep a little longer.

I love it.
The design has changed a bit but the ice tea maker reminds me of my grandma who had a Mr. Coffee iced tea maker in the 80's or maybe early 90's, but anyhow I bought it mostly for nostalgia along with sometimes wanting to make ice tea quickly in the winter when its too cold out to use the sun. I have used it a couple times now and it works great, the water is very hot, brews quickly. No complaints at all.

Works really well abd makes great sweet tea.
Parcel arrived in great condition and on time. First time buying an ice tea maker, the price of the Mr Coffee is reasonable and it makes a great pitcher of sweet/ iced tea. I highly recommend.
