PRODUCT DESCRIPTION National Hardware N280-032 V7602 Long Stem Heavy Duty Rollers in Plain Steel, 1-7/8" roller, 7-9/16" stem, 7/16" shaft FROM THE MANUFACTURER This heavy duty roller has a steel wheel that rotates on ten ball bearings for smooth operation and longer life. When replacing worn out rollers it is best to replace all rollers on the door. This roller is factory lubricated and has a longer stem which is typically used on double hinge applications.

Exactly like written. Though in the details it indicates a set of 2, but received 1 in the package. Further reading of the description it would imply 1, but was thinking I would receive 2 based on the details.

I order this item because the online description said that there were two garage door rollers per package at what seemed to be a reasonable price. There was only one roller in the package received. The package was intact. The item description needs to be corrected.

Life savers

The extra long shafts saved my life. No door repair folks could come for over a week. The long wheels let me still use the door until it was repaired.

Exactly as advertised. I have a large, heavy wooden door that moves around in the track. When the rollers come out/break, it is very hard to replace due to the mass involved. Hence I bought the longer version. Have had them in for about 6 months now, and no problems which is about 2x the time that the shorter ones seem to last.
