I have been using this a long time...

This has been my go-to foundation for probably a decade now. I tried this when a popular (expensive) store brand made these mineral powder foundations popular. Only you had, like, three different layers you had to put on, each costing a fortune. I knew there had to be a cheaper option. I came across Neutrogena's version of mineral powder and fell in love. I actually PREFERRED the end-look of just this one application powder over the S-brand. S brand, get it? If you love a light cover with minimal effort, this is it. I tried doing the liquid foundation recently and the Neutrogena brand was my favorite of those, too, but I always find myself returning to this light, fresh coverage. Way back when, I got my sister to try this brand out, and she, too, made the switch from the ex"S"pensive store brand.

Upside down

The only issue I have with this compact is it is actually upside down with the printing and labels. I had to mark the opposite side which is the top opening with a sticker so that I wouldn't spill half of it out! Other than that, this powder works on my fair skin, blue eyes. I was lucky to have a small powder brush to apply it as that is not included with it.

The BEST mineral makeup available, IMO

I've been using Neutrogena Mineral Sheers for years, and it's becoming more difficult to find in stores. I am so grateful Amazon had it! It's literally the best mineral makeup I've used, and I've used some very expensive ones in the past - yet I always return to Neutrogena. It doesn't settle into fine lines or pores, it doesn't exacerbate wrinkles, and it doesn't oxidize. It gives a really nice, buildable coverage, while blurring imperfections. It truly is a phenomenal product, and the price point is spot on.

Cheap talc-free loose powder

I’m actually pleasantly surprised with this powder. I was looking for a talc-free powder to help with reducing large pores. I usually don’t use drugstore makeup but the ingredients list didn’t look too bad from what I could tell. The powder is very shimmery, so this isn't for you if you’re looking for a matte finish. At first I thought it made me look a little too oily, but the glistening is starting to grow on me. It seems to help hide imperfections. I have a large pores and lots of wrinkles and this powder does not sit in the fine lines and holes. Most importantly, I have extreme redness on my cheeks, temples, and chin. This super light weight powder goes on really quickly and hides the redness with minimal application. The brush that it comes with is stupid but it’s okay for a quick touchup. I have to use a big powder brush to apply this powder. Also, it’s extremely messy! Very loose powder. I like to do my make up in the car, so I actually have to put this on before I leave the house. But like I said it is quick to cover redness. No buffing required. I brush it on in literally one minute and I’m out the door. I do keep it in my purse for touchups. I’m thinking about buying a mineral veil to wear over it to help minimize the shine...

No reaction with Super sensitive skin

I love this it's talc free and no negative skin reaction I have super sensitive skin I'm allergic to so much that makeup is a minefield I have acne and exema even more expensive brands like Bare Minerals and Clinique make me break out in rashes and Acne this powder combined with dermablend foundation not only do I not break out my skin actually looks better I have been a loyal Neutrogena user since the 80s bonus it's also one of the few drug stores makeup lines that has a color light enough for my glow in the dark white fair skin

Love this Mineral Powder Foundation

I've been using this sheer mineral powder for many years now and love it. My only complaint it that over the last year I have purchased 4 of these and the little brush has been missing in all of them including this one. I've had to save the little brush from the one I purchased over 2 years ago to use with this. Why?!!! Why is the brush missing lately? This is very inconvenient for carrying this in my purse and for traveling. I otherwise love this product but for the price it should still include the applicator brush.

Does not cover

This is very lightweight and does not cover at all. This would be something you would use over foundation as a finishing powder and not for coverage. Very disappointed!
