Received a Piece Of Scrap!

This was listed for almost $200 retail… with the discount I thought I got a good deal paying only for $67. Bought it as a Christmas gift, but returning immediately… However, what I received was a piece of scrap…! The dress was crumbled inside a cheap plastic bag… no tag nor any label… All the buttons are about to fall off… Button holes’ thread missing …. This is beyond disbelief… to say this is utterly disappointed is a major understatement!
