Inefficace

Great Under Eye Pads

I have used various under eye patches in the past but have to say that the Nip + Fab Hyaluronic Fix Extreme4 Jelly Under Eye Patches are definitely the best I have tried. I suffer from under eye puffiness and, as well as the patches, I have tried various creams, serums etc. and I also try to conceal them with makeup but, to me, they are still too obvious. I have liked other Nip + Fab products and this sounded really good as it claims to help with hydration, reduce wrinkles and puffiness too. The patches come with a little pair of plastic tweezers to help you get them out of the jar. I have to admit it can be a bit of a messy process but to get them out of the jar and on but it gets easier with practice. I love the fact that they are super cooling and they really feel like a soothing and refreshing treat. They really help to revitalise and revive the under eye area. You leave them on for 10 to 15 minutes and they don’t move about too much so you don’t have to lie completely still, unless of course you want to! Right from the first time I used these I noticed a difference. The area under my eyes looked smoother, there was less puffiness and I look like I have had a really good sleep, and that has been a really long time since I could say that! There are 20 pairs of patches in the jar and it is worth noting that they need to be used within three months of opening. I really like these pads as they are so effective and have made a positive difference to my under eye area. I think they are worth the price and I would definitely get them again.

This is going to cost you in the long run

As I come to terms with middle age, part of me still wants to rage against the machine, and this means sometimes going against my better judgement. Given my medical background, I accept the role of hyaluronic acid (HA) in improving skin elasticity, and therefore potentially reducing the appearances of ageing, however, this is most tangibly seen with either injection or pre use of light therapy. Products such as these, are less effective, if effective at all. After an application, my eyes did feel noticeably less heavy, most likely because of the cooling gel and increased water absorption, but this effect was all but gone in the morning after an evening use. It's clear this is not a long-term fix. There's nothing scientific within this product that it will reverse the signs of ageing. Rather it will give you a "plump" up before a night out. If used for this reason, it is going to be OK, but don't expect to have noticeable long-term effects. This is why I suggest in the title that this will be a long-term investment. There're 20 pairs in the tub. I would suggest best use would be twice a day meaning three tubs a month at around £20 a pop. If you can afford £60 a month as part of your daily beauty routine, then use as directed in the advert.

Great after sleepless nights to refresh puffy eyes!

Another fab product from Nip + Fab! These jelly like eye patches come in a little jar soaked in product with a little plastic set of tweezers to pull them out and apply underneath the eyes. They include such ingredients like high and low molecular weight Hyaluronic Acid, Polyglutamic Acid, and tremella. You will recieve 20 eye patches within the jar. The patches are easy to apply with the included tweezers and immediately feel cooling and relaxing upon application. These are great for energising the eyes in the morning, especially after a night of little sleep! You leave them on for 20-30 minutes on clean skin before removing them and disposing of them. The remaining serum should be gently patted into the skin and left to dry. My eyes felt extremely energised after use, and any previous puffiness ceased to exist. My general eye area appeared brightened, fresh and hydrated with any thin lines lightly blurred. This is a perfect addition to your skincare regime! I'll stick these on about twice a week to maintain the effects and especially enjoy them on days my eye area feels tired, puffy and dull!
