Perfect pan

This pan makes perfect dutch babies for breakfast.

Pan is defective

The coating has chipped/come off in a few places after being used once since it was received. Very disappointed.

Coating came off after 4 uses DO NOT BUY

I've bought these for years as I enjoy Dutch pancakes. However each time I get one it lasts much less time than the one before. I used to be able to have one for over a year before the coating started coming off. However the one I just got from a March 2023 order is already peeling after 4 uses. DO NOT BUY until this company gets its act together and provides a product that lasts longer. I won't buy again.

Pan is fine, directions on the packaging are not

We received this pan on Saturday, Jan 23, 2021. Used it the same day. We used it in the over at 425 degrees. It cooked evenly and the Dutch baby pancake slid right out and the pan washed easily. I will say that the recipes and directions on the pan do not match, they kind of contradict each other.

Non-stick

Be careful how you store this item. It scratches easily. Once it gets even a tiny little scratch, the pancake sticks badly. This happened to my first dutch baby pan, but I liked how it worked so much that I purchased another one.

Makes Great Dutch Babies

This pan does exactly what it's intended for - makes great Dutch Baby Pancakes. They are very easy to make and the varieties are endless; Our first batch was done with blueberries and topped with fresh whipped cream and honey - delicious. I didn't experience any of the problems other reviewers had. I didn't have any problems with the pancakes rising to the top of the pan; could be a function of the recipe. Also, the non-stick surface worked perfectly - the pancakes slid right out of the pan onto a serving plate; no utensils were needed, so I didn't experience any of the scratching that other reviewers reported. If you want to make dutch baby pancakes, I recommend this pan.
