The rim is just a little too thick

The outer rim is a bit too thick to allow drainage over or under it which creates a puddle in the sink around the drain.

Works well for large pieces.

Use it above a very fine strainer to catch the larger pieces. Works good. Cleaned many times in the dishwasher.

Attractive Silicone

I switched to silicone sink strainers a while back but they tend to eventually get gummy underneath. Usually get them at Home Goods but they don’t always match. Got these to freshen and dress up my sink for hosting events. So affordable. Doesn’t make sense not to.

Better than stainless steel

Great at straining. Easy to remove and clean.

Too thick

Sturdy heavy but flexible however it is too thick that all the water can’t run out of sink. Leaves pooling around edges. Can’t use & had to find alternative that actually sits in the drain farther
