Meh

Attractive teapot however, once the water is boiling, you have to flip the little handle down by the spout with your finger letting all the steam out and burning your fingers. I prefer the models that have the option built into the handle so I don’t burn myself.

It was a gift to my daughter and she absolutely loves them.

I like the design of the teapot. wooden handle at the arch and the wooded toper on the lid. Everyone has experienced grabbing a metal handle without a pot holder.

Slow to heat up

I am no tea kettle expert, but I've used different stovetop kettles before but none of them have taken so long to heat up. I've tried it twice now and on two different burners and both times it took 17 minutes to heat up. I had the burners set to high.... My previous kettle only took 5 minutes. So that was a bit disappointing. I like the looks and feel of it though.

Awful - waste of time and money

Do not be fooled by the pretty design of this kettle. From the moment we opened the box there was a chemical smell that never went away for the month we had it. In addition, despite very limited use, it turned pink on the bottom. We used no odd chemicals on it, nothing other than one or two washings by hand with normal dish soap. My guess is that the paint is not heat resistant and is subject to chemical change based on heat - a really great quality for a pot you consume hot water from. I'm astonished that Amazon is requiring me to now take this defective product to the UPS store to return it to them if I want my money back. More time and resources wasted. Amazon, is this product safe?

CANNOT HANDLE HEAT.

Cannot handle heat!! Turned pink and inside smells like pure carcinogens now after 1 USE! Will need to toss, I would not be comfortable drinking anything that comes out if it now. The smell is horrible.

Burnt it self after 2nd use

DO NOT BUY! What a waste of money. Literally the 2nd time turning it on and was left with these burn marks that don’t wash off.
