Paper Tape is lightweight and easy to tear by hand and gentle on delicate skin. Conforming Bandage provides slight compression to the site while securely holding to any contours. Specifically designed not to slip while in use. Transparent Film Dressings protect against fluid contaminants and bacteria, ideal for IV sites, minor burns, ulcers, skin tears, and donor sites. ABD Pads are highly absorbent multi-layer dressings with a soft non-woven outer facing that wicks moisture into the cellulose core, which quickly absorbs and disperses fluid. The back side of the pad has a blue line with moisture resistant barrier that helps prevent fluid strike-through. All edges of this dressing are sealed to prevent lint and leakage. Non-Adherent Pads with a non-stick outer facing allows the dressing to absorb without adhering to the wound, minimizing trauma to the wound site. Gauze Pads are ideal for a number of applications including general cleaning, dressings, prepping, packing, and debriding wounds.

Got this to restock a first aid kit and add to another kit. Should be fine with extras for the first aid drawer in the bathroom. Good value for the money.

Be prepared for emergency with products you might not even be familiar with but could need ASAP!

This kit is a great addition to our home medical care supplies. It would also be something I would keep in a car, go kit and an office. It's rare to have these materials on hand when needed for emergencies. We have tons of bandages but pads, gauze and tape are not normally on hand. I'll be honest, I've never seen some of these types of pads and sponges, but looking back to various injuries in our home and elsewhere that I've seen, they could come in really handy. I would have given this five stars but the box it comes in is a flimsy cardboard and was already falling apart when I got it. I'd pay a bit more for a more durable box/container. Also, although I like that it shows an illustration of the various contents, I really would have appreciated a piece of paper that explained when to use these based on type/size/location of wound, cut, etc. Given that I don't have to buy boxes of individual gauze, pads, etc., which would cost a lot more, this is a very good value for what is included. Based on this kit, I'm going to explore the others made by this company.

a great thing for the queen of clumsiness to have around the house

I couldn't of gotten this kit at a better time . I recently cut my foot while cutting the thanksgiving turkey and putting it away in containers and direct into the fridge a lovely trip to the er and a few stitches later and walla what a cut. Anyhow being diabetic it's important I keep it covered and keep it clean .this kit has been a god send cause its enabled my boyfriend with issues as well help me maintain my cut keep ti dressed and covered.Its a great little first aid kit and has enabled my wound to heal up pretty well they're a lot of coverage in this package and i would buy one for myself when it runs out but as i said there's many different types of bandages and gauzes and medical tape. you couldn't ask for a better wound care kit.
