Beautiful!
This is the biggest "fish bowl" I could find and the overall appearance of it has surpassed my expectations. It is currently housing two baby fancy goldfish until they can go to my 300g pond in the spring. I did add a sponge sleeve to the filter intake to add more filtration and I will need to buy a large handle sponge to clean the sides of the tank. The directions for assembly of the filter were pretty much useless as the photos were too dark and the parts were slightly different than shown....penn-plax needs to do better with that. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the set up so far...I will update in a few months.

Aqua-sphere 360
Lid was some what difficult to assemble because the instructions were not very well illustrated and after about 4 to 6 weeks of having the aquarium up and running the water pump stoped working currently the only way i can get the pump to work is if i leave the light on all the time cant figure out why it dose that not sure if i got a definitive lid or what over all it is a very nice aquarium i enjoy it very much

Beautiful bowl but the filter is useless
An amazing 24 gallon goldfish bowl! I love that a bowl can serve as a proper aquarium as the shape is so eccentric and old school. The light is great especially the dimming feature. I have to unplug it at night though as it would suddenly turn on because the motion sensor is so sensitive and responds to shadows. I did not like the built in filter. It is noisy and it’s filter capacity is negligible. It DOES NOT have the space for significant bio media. I added some small Eheim ceramic media balls and the filter started to overflow. So I removed the filter extension and now run air hoses through the hole in the lid and run a sponge and box filter with a proper amount of media. All that said it is still worth the money and is a beautiful addition to my fish room!

Initial review 3, now a 2
The media could not be loaded. 2/13/21: I ordered the 24 gal. My 'fittings' do not look like the images shown here. They don't even resemble the video. I had to youtube the video on full screen and watch it 5-6 times just to see where the air stone is supposed to go: In the protein skimmer that I can only assume requires the purchase of a separate air pump, since I can't figure out a way to hook it up to the existing pump. I thought this was a self contained unit. 2/27/21: I aquascaped and started cycling the water. I do not have a piece that allows me to direct the flow of the water, so: It goes into the filter chamber, out and straight down to the intake again. No circulation within the bowl.I have (2) smaller pieces that fit in the media chamber, but they are too small for the exit point. (shown in the pic with the penn-plax decor) I've emailed Penn-Plax twice to ask some other questions, no response. I'm not sure it will do any good to contact them on this.... I contacted the seller, just before I typed this - and initiated a refund. Based on if they can get me a piece that fits, I may be returning the aquarium, which is a shame.

Crazy Cool
This thing is the Adult version of a fish bowl. It's a sphere so be mindful of suction cups' ability to hold longer heaters ect. Too long means it won't mount inside on the wall. It is a visuially stunning addition.

Terrific
I got this bowl to create a saltwater aquarium It’s perfect size and is exactly what I wanted I’m not finished with all the set up But so far this is a gorgeous display for my reef.

Problems more then enjoyment
The tank is superficially nice other then that the design for what matters is typical China garbage. You better figure out the filter quick and watch it everyday or all the water will suck up into the filter and be spit onto your floor, the light turns its self on all night long every night. Over all I'd say this tank is a HUGE WASTE OF MONEY. POORLY DESIGNED AND BAD WIRING. nothing but problems.
