Makes such a difference!

During installation, the contractor broke the handle. We contacted Pfister and they immediately replaced it. It's been great ever since!

Very nice

This Pfister 016NC1C Contempra Diverter Chrome Trim is beautiful, and matches the finish on my Grohe chrome shower trim. I hardly use it, since I just turned it on and left it on--I only use my adjustable hand shower, but I doubt much could go wrong with it. It is solid, and has smooth action; looks and feels high-end.
