Beautiful design with one big issue
I have been using this faucet for 6 months. It has a lovely design, easy turn on handle, and it sprays with adequate pressure. However, it has one major design flaw, which is also noted by other reviewers. When the sprayer is pulled out of the arm for use, it doesn't automatically spring back into place. Worse, you have to manually turn and click the sprayer head to fit it back into the arm. If I used the sink a lot, which I don't, that would be a deal breaker for me.

Nice Quality Faucet, Great Service
I knew this was a nice unit because some friends have had one for several years and are happy with it and the service they received from Pfister. I was having a bit of an issue installing it and ended up pinching the o-ring on one of the supply lines on about the 3rd attempt (mostly me and the inaccessibility of them) but they immediately sent out replacements when I notified them and it is in and dry now.

Just okay. I wouldn’t choose this again.
The sprayer does not go back into place very easy. It’s a pain.

Attractive faucet, installation isn't a problem if you're installing with a new sink. [wink]
Confession - I planned to use the faucet on a new sink so it was very easy to install. if you are installing in an existing sink, it will probably be a challenge accessing the underside at the back behind the basin at the back of your cabinet. I've replaced a only a few faucets over the years and a couple have been impossible to work on without removing (like a deep basin laundry tub). The faucet installation instructions are well written and easy to follow. I had a single hole sink but the kit comes with an adapter plate to cover the unused holes if you have a 3 hole sink. The first several pictures show the sink during installation. (The black material you see on the sink is mass loaded vinyl - MLV - that I used to lower the sink noise - it wouldn't stay attached but I hadn't learned that yet at this point. And bird seed for ballast to keep the sink in a working position.) I paid a lot of attention to how the line for the retractable nozzle was placed during the installation. If it doesn't move smoothly, the nozzle may not retract. Even with that care, you see in the very last photo that in doesn't always fully retract fully. A problem with this, and it might be my sink tho' it is a standard size, is that water spray will reach over the front edge of the sink. It isn't a problem if the nozzle isn't set to spray. A minor plus was the soap dispenser. It dispenses soap by either pressing downward at the front or by pushing down at the at the back for one or two handed soap dispensing. One handed is very convenient. (The outlet on the left of the sink is an instant hot water dispenser - it is not a part of the faucet kit). In summary, I think it is a great faucet set and the brushed stainless finish matches my sink closely. I've used Pfister products before and have never had a problem.). As I noted above, self installation in an existing sink might give you a headache (literally and figuratively), especially if you have done one before.

Works great
This stylish faucet works great! There was a noticeable increase in water power with this faucet compared to our old one. The nozzle pulls down easily and the neck of the faucet turns smoothly. The switch on the nozzle easily switches from stream to spray and it automatically reverts to stream when you turn off the water. The fit & finish of this faucet is smooth and has no visible flaws. The included soap dispenser works well too. We had a plumber install it and he said it was easy to install. ** One Caution: this faucet doesn't come with the supply line hoses needed to connect it to the hot and cold service pipes, so you'll have to buy them yourself. I hope this information helps you in your shopping research. Thanks for reading!

Great entry level Pfister faucet
This is a very sleek elegant design. The handle positioning makes for a lovely curve, not the usual sticking on position so if design aesthetic is important to you, this faucet would be a good choice. Conversely, if you have someone who is physically or mentally challenged, they may struggle with the necessity of placing your hand strategically to turn on the handle. This faucet is lighter weight compared with other faucets I have, but it is holding up (installed 2 months ago) and love the brushed stainless steel look that is, as advertised, spot resistant. Anyone with a stainless steel frig knows this is a great feature. And since like most other high end manufacturers, Pfister has a limited lifetime warranty, they will likely replace any parts. Keep your receipt and installations instruction booklet for this reason. (I usually put it in a ziploc and hang it by a rubber bank under the sink). The head has a plastic catch instead of magnets which is somewhat worrisome but will remain to be seen if the plastic holds up. Installation is straight forward but it does not come with a water supply line pipe, you have to buy it separately. My husband installed it in less than one hour. In summary, sleek design, reasonable quality, good price point, easy to install. Great entry level product.
