Good product

I really like the product. I use it for improve my swallowing. But I am really disappointment with customer service. I called and talked with customer service rep. She hanged up on me. I sent them emails 3 times and never heard back from them.

Useless for its described purpose!

This is a supposedly mouthpiece for the EMST 150 expiratory training device. However, the shank is far too small to fit snugly into the device, which makes it useless. Although it may work on other respiratory trainers, avoid purchasing this item if you need to replace the mouthpiece on your EMST 150.
