ERGONOMIC HANDLES - The firm, latex-free handles at each end of the rope are custom molded to fit comfortably inside the palm, to prevent irritation and increase effectiveness. REINFORCED ROPE - Custom braided, 86-inch rope will not fray, flatten or unravel with repeated use, and is marked at intervals to help measure progress. Perfectly good shoulder pulley.

Don't understand the negative reviews. My pulley was not greasy and the strap was not too wide for the top of the door. Maybe one reviewer was jamming the end stop on the end of the strap in the top of the door? The end stop is supposed to stay on the other side of the door to keep the strap from sliding through the top of the door when it is closed and latched.

Great for range of motion & durable - however...

Very good product overall, just the handles are a bit uncomfortable, would prefer a collar/pad where the rope meets the handle to avoid abrasion between the fingers. Otherwise great product!

The price is jacked up drastically.

It is ok but I thought they have jacked up the price drastically. The part of amazon website my physical therapist gave me to order this showed 12.99 while I had to pay close to $20. I was wondering if they were taking advantage of the pandemic.
