This Water-Tight Low Profile Garage Water Barrier is ideal for minor snow melt issues. It can be placed down on garage floors to contain and divert water toward a drain and away from your walls. The tacky urethane construction creates a leakproof seal on clean, dry, smooth floors. Not to be used on rough surfaces. It is ideal for blocking doorways and protecting entryways, floors, and carpets from washdowns, rain runoff, and melting snow and slush. This Reusable, Water-Tight Barrier is suitable for your particular application as it only creates a water-tight seal on smooth, clean and dry surfaces. If using on asphalt or an uneven surface, the tack will not perform with a 100% water-tight seal. Also, this Snow Melt Diverter is not absorbent. The 4’ long Water-Tight and Reusable barrier gives you the quality you expect from New Pig, the leaders in handling leaks, drips, and spills.

Should work to deflect snow melt in a garage

Seems a bit pricey but adhered well to the garage floor and should help keep water out of the corners from snow melt if we ever have snow melt

Didn't block water intrusion as expected

Did not work as advertised. I think product will work fine IF the surface is smooth. Tried it in front of entry door and water seeped below it. The concrete isn't smooth and product wouldn't stay in place. Will keep product because I do believe it could be very useful inside the house on a smooth floor.

Useless item

I bought this item to prevent power washer water go to the city drain at a semi truck yard.. this item is by far too small for my needs.. just like a toy for toddlers .

Works as advertised

I got this for a corner in my garage that tends to pool melting snow and ice, to keep it on the vehicle mat. Works perfectly and was easy to put down. I have not moved it this season and it stays out itself. Recommend keeping original packing to store it in after you wash it, as if you store it another way, it may stick together, as it says in the packaging on opening it.
