Works, but needed fixing
I used this saddle hunting. I added a couple more hooks to it and I hang my bow off on of the hooks. I added a small carabiner to the end of the strap and hook that off to one of my added hooks just in case the clip lets go. So far not a problem after a year of hunting. The fix was to the sewn strap on the clip. Stitching started coming undone. A quick hand sewing job and everything is good. For the money, with a couple minor fixes, works really good.

Works Great
Great to use in those WMA's that don't allow you to use screw in type hangers.

Works as should
I drew a tag for a spot where you were not allowed to pernitrate the bark so I couldn't use my normal bow hanger, I ordered this and it does work fine, however it would be nice if it came with one holder that was a little longer for you bow.

Spend the extra $10.
I only used this one time. While I was pulling it around the tree, the plastic buckle slid off the end and fell in the snow. I ended up tying it to make it work for the day. It held my backpack and bow but the hook holding my backpack was about at it’s max. My suggestion is to spend the extra $10-15 and buy a nicer one with better hooks.

Good bow/gear hanger
This would be a 5 star product if the hooks were rubber-coated aluminum instead of plastic. They worked well for me during the warmer weather seasons but I'm positive they'd crack in the colder seasons, especially when bearing the weight of a backpack, bow, and other gear. Overall it's a great lightweight design that is easily tucked into a backpack while walking, but I would sacrifice some of the convenience of its light weight for a stronger material that will withstand severe cold better.

You get what you pay for
Made a little bit chincy. Hopefully hold up better than I expect. Would hat to have my bow hit the ground because I was cheap!

Cheap, light and easy, but be careful
I’ve used it on a few trips for my saddle hunting kit. Easy to use and very light. I’m still using it. However, the hooks are plastic and weak. Then again, it’s a cheap item. I had my 20 lbs backpack bend a hook down close to the point of breaking, so I have to use 2 hooks to hold it. The other hook holds my bow with no problem. Test it on the ground BEFORE climbing and hanging your gear off of it. Last thing you want is hooks breaking and having vital or fragile gear fall +15ft to the ground

convienient gear hanger
I bought this so I could hang my pack pack on when I'm bow hunting in my tree stand. MY back pack isn't that heavy. I tightened the strap as much as I could to keep the hooks from sagging but they still sagged. Nothing has fallen yet but it looks like it wouldn't take much for it to happen. It is light weight and easy to pack in and is very useful when you don't have anything to hang your stuff on in a tree. I updated my review with a pic. You can see what I mean about sagging. I tightened it as much as possible.
