AirBedz Original Truck Bed Air Mattresses come in several different sizes to fit compact, mid, and full sized trucks in long and short bed layouts. Cutouts on each side allow the mattress to fit around and over the wheel wells in a pick up truck, creating a sleep area that utilizes the entire truck bed. Loved it but...

The inflating and set up was super easy. and having the built in compressor to inflate and deflate is awesome. Fit our F150 well. Only down side for me is it is a pretty firm mattress when inflated almost to firm for me.

Buyer beware when buying used

Full disclaimer, I bought the "like new - used" air mattress to save a few bucks . No accessories included, no way to charge the included rechargeable battery. No one checked the product for integrity as it still had the previous owners information included in the box. Mud on the mattress, not happy with this purchase!

Amazingly Comfortable

I have five herniated lumbar discs and I sleep on my side and, I'm fat. That said, I woke up and was absolutely able to move around the next day. At no point could I feel the truck bed underneath. The inflation/deflation pump works beautifully. I was able to get it back into it's provided zipper bag. I was nervous about entrusting my back to an inflatable mattress, as it turns out, non-issue. I'm very satisfied with the Pittman mattress and, highly recommend it to others. It fit my truck well and paired nicely with my bed tent.

Great product but arrived used

The mattress that arrived obviously had been used and returned. But I aired it up and it did hold air. The built in air pump worked great and I liked the removable battery to charge between uses. Just like other reviews have said, you need to put ;lankets under the wheel well cutouts because they are too big to be able to accommodate other trucks too. I kept the item because it is a great product. Just was disappointed that it arrived used.

Great Customer Service!

I was really excited when I received my Airbedz mattress, I couldn't wait to try it out. It was really easy to setup and comfortable when I first laid down on it. Then to my disappointment I noticed that it started to noticeably lose air after a couple of hours. I figured that I must have received a defective product. When I return home from camping I try to return it but come to find out I am one day past Amazon's return window. I email AirBedz directly explaining the situation and I get a phone call that same day. I shipped them the defective product and they get me a new one very quickly. I was very impressed with their great customer service.

Satisfied overall

This mattress does exactly as it says but one thing is certain, it is not extremely comfortable. It is very ridgid. I recommend using some padding on top of it. Especially if you use it in the winter. There is 12 inches of unheated air inside of it (obviously) but that is not something I considered before buying it. Not that that is a deal breaker but you definitely need some insulating padding if you use it in cold weather. Other than that I am satisfied with this product.

Very comfortable

Very comfortable and easy to inflate and deflate. Slept on it two nights in the back of my truck for the 4th of July. An extra star would be there but the battery inflates but not quite deflates the mattress. A better battery would be nice...or an included car charger, I camp where AC is not available.

Love this air mattress!!

Bought this not being sure it would fit my truck, but it fits great and is awesome to use. The best feature in the inflation fan that can be charged for use when not near a power outlet. Make set up a breeze, as well as take down. Love this!!!

Nothing to say but WOW excellent purchase!!! Saw a lot of jealous pick up owner for the last 2 summers ;-). Crossed 2 times Canada ???????? Montreal-Vancouver and no back pain!! Sooooo comfy!!! Size is perfect!!! I’m 200lbs, my wife 125 no problem for the night, very stable. Battery inflate deflate 10 night perfect next 5 slower and after time to recharge ;-). Tip: charge it on the road and no limit ;-). Used it in my living room for friends as well for Christmas! Everybody was happy too.

Great truck air mattress

Used it on recent camping roadtrip in a truck tent and was pleased. Most time I've spent on air mattress for a while. Did not deflate over night and comfortable and we are a bigger couple. Built in pump with battery worked well. Bag and patch included. Got full length model to use with my short box truck, note tail gate must be down if you want full with short; worked perfect for truck tent I have with just enough space on tail gate in tent between mattress. Can deflate if you hit knob crawling in and out, should deflate during day so as not to ruin seam seals, and battery charger seems to lack overcharge protection are only warnings.

Its nice to have a big sleeping space in a truck box. Easy to use and set up. Its really expensive but its better than anything else.
