Outstanding Customer Service.

My order is the BF800C. The first one did not spin properly. The second one operated as it should. This is an ideal machine for polishing, in my case, metals. This review is to applaud the customer service that amazon provided as well as the quality of the item. Very satisfied with both. TG

motor gets very hot

August 6, I received the machine. I used the machine three times for 30 minutes a day just twisted. After 15 minutes, the motor becomes very hot. Very hot.. I haven't polished anything yet - it's just that the motor gets very hot. I'm afraid to work on it, the motor will burn out. What should I do? Thanks for reading.

Beware of odd arbor threads

The polisher is advertised as having 5/8” arbor, which would make one assume that the threads at the ends of the arbor rod are 5/8-11, e.g., a very common thread for various grinding and polishing attachments. The actual threads on the polisher are odd M16 2.0, which are close to 5/8-11 in diameter, but obviously are not compatible with any of the 5/8-11 attachments. I was purchasing this to use with hook and loop 5/8-11 disc pads. The description should’ve clearly stated that the threads are M16 2.0 or at least said that the arbor is M16
