The extra sharp grating surface grates and zests faster, smooth and straight, resulting in a higher output. The prep works flip grater with 2 extra sharp grating surfaces, fine and extra fine, can be used for zesting citrus, grating ginger, garlic and nutmeg or grating hard cheese, such as Parmesan or chocolate. The grating surfaces fold into handle for easy storage and it is dishwasher safe.
