No spills!
My husband uses these all the time. He does kidney dialysis and it causes a lot of vomiting on the way home and at home throughout the week. We stash these under the couch cushions, in coffee table drawers, nightstand and in the car doors, due to the flat design they fit everywhere. We remove them from the individual wrappers and they are easy to open and the lid is made to avoid spills. 10 years and no spills!

Absolutely necessry
When the unpleasant occasion happens and you are ill this bag is wonderful for ease of use, containment, and disposal. I keep them around many areas in my home. Good for chemotherapy and trips. Thank you.

Children with motion sickness and long Car rides...
If you have experienced the joy of car sickness with children, the stench that causes others to gag and possibly retch as well, (picture the office scene when Pam has morning sickness) then the clean up that is miserable and unending as some smells just never leave you alone, then these bags will be straight from heaven. I recently took my 6 children on a 23 hour car drive to see their grandparents.one of my oldest is prone to car sickness and medications have left something to be desired. She threw up multiple times and each time was able to use these bags with their cardboard opening and not leave any mess for me to cleanup! The way the bags are designed they don’t leak leaving unfortunate mishaps on siblings a thing of the past. Side of the car messes gone! Only sunshine ahead with these wonderful bags!

Handy for purse or bag/travel
These individually wrapped emesis bags are nice to slip into your purse or carry in your vehicle or travel bag. They are of standard size/volume and appear to be very strong with a secure closure. The only down side I can see to them is if you get a sudden urge to hurl, the opening of the wrapper may delay the use of the bag. However, they are much more compact and easier to carry than traditional ones. I like them for the convenience.

Didn't work as well as planned.
I was so hopeful. Had a bad experience with this one for my 1st time pregnant adult daughter. It would not open correctly quick enough in the middle of the night... I'm sure if in the scenario of having already thrown up- and know that you will again and can time it better- you could then have it fully unpackaged and held open so that you would probably make it into this design of bag. It is unfortunately see through which I'd known and didn't mind before purchase but sadly it's different once you're sick and feel differently. The only enticing part is IF you make in the bag, it does seal its content well and that part worked wonderfully and that's why there's 3 stars. We went with a different hospital version with the big sturdy open ring, opaque view, larger capacity, and twist to seal for disposal with perfect results. This brand was not for us. Good luck!

Very handy
Very handy with a sick toddler. Keep one close when lounging on the couch when not feeling so good and great for car rides to the doctor with an upset tummy

Best vomit bags! Travels well and NO spills!!!
I take chemo and frequently need to use these bags. Not recommended but works.... if I am driving and can’t pullover, these work the best as your line of sight isn’t blocked and they don’t spill over. I have been ordering these via subscription services do two years. I have tried other bags, but these are absolutely the best.

Must-have with pukey children and sick car riders
Once you use these at home and in the car, they are a must-have. Grabbing the bags from the doctor's office spoiled us with the toddler. Now when he's congested or vomitous, we keep these by the bed and in the car. Such simple clean up and worth the money. I like that these come in a flat bag that will fit in a purse, diaper back or car console.

Best Barf Bag Ever
These are fantastic! I have sadly experienced my share of vomit receptacles over the years and this type is my personal preference by far; why you ask? #1) 3 words: ONE - WAY - VALVE. Not having to keep the opening upright to ensure the contents remain well… “contents” is huge when a person is unwell to the point of vomiting and most likely laying down in between. This is especially helpful for littles who don’t have the ability to foresee the potential catastrophe of falling asleep, bag in hand. #2) Compact size These require no space at all. They could double as a bookmark and weigh next to nothing. They are also individually wrapped, which is handy since they can be tossed into a car visor, seat-back, bag, glove box, tool box, tackle box, camera bag, bra - you name it, and they don’t get dusty, dirty, sweaty or what have you. Minor opportunities for improvement: - The mouth piece / opening is made of cardboard; as such, it will eventually become soggy. That said, because they are so small, and carrying multiples is no trouble at all, they are easily swapped out with a fresh one one if/when you’re on a power puking marathon. - These bags are clear - Ew. Since I don’t know of a single mammal who vomits subtle blue coloured kool-aid, my preference is for obscure bags - always. I am honestly surprised these aren’t easier to find since they are so much better than the hard plastic ring variety (IMO). Haven’t had to use one to pee yet; that is a concept I only discovered while searching for them here on Amazon. I can say that as a female, I definitely see these as providing a solid option in a pinch too!

A necessity.
This is the kind our hospital gives out, I always tried to take an extra with me to keep in my car... but now I am well stocked up! My 3 year old gets car sick... but he’s still too small to know how to aim at all. the cardboard top is very effective for avoiding mess... and the inside of the bag helps keep all the mess from leaking out. I gave a couple to my mom friends for their car glove boxes. Could be very handy for flu season too- when you’d rather throw out the mess than clean out the dreaded bucket!!! Or need to drive to the doctors!

Bag of ONE arrived!!! Not 12
Left 1 star so I could write review. Ordered this 12 pack to take into surgery. Item delivered with only *1* vomit bag in the pack. Seriously. Too little too late. Don’t bother.

Absolutely necessary in the sick room.
I purchased these to keep as emergency needs. I haven't used this package, but I had some from a trip to the hospital. They help control the results of an overactive stomach, reduces mess and makes disposal easy. I keep a couple in my auto as well, just in case. I will definitely purchase more as needed.

Awesome!
These bags are the best!! A ladies night out with a quiet puker in backseat - and nobody was the wiser!! Until the bag was thrown out the window :( BUT even that was impressive because it was full (about a litre) AND IT BOUNCED!!!! It really held up to impact, didn’t spill, and the smell capture was impressive!!! I’m giving this as a stocking stuffer this year!!!
