Just what I was looking for.

Very good quality bucket. The are two things I particularly appreciate it about it over the alternatives. (1) no sharp edges or hooks anywhere on the bucket. This is important because it lives in a crate that stays in my car and I don't want the dog injured by bumping into the bucket because of rapid deceleration/acceleration or catching his collar on hooks attached to the side of the bucket. (2) The product sticker at the bottom of the bucket remover very easily. I can't tell you how many similar dog bowls and buckets had stickers that I either had to (a) put a lot of elbow grease into removing along with the adhesive, or (b) had to apply some pretty nasty chemicals that I really didn't want to put into a food/water bowl, or (c) both. So the thoughtfulness that went into selecting the correct adhesive for the sticker was much appreciated.

Made well but for a very small dog or cat

Returned both the 2 and 4 oz bc I needed something for 2 large 100# Shepard! This definitely will not do it but they appear to be well made and will sit flat against a wall or crate for food or water.

Water puppies are bastards

Puppies. Puppies that like water. Puppies that like to dig in the water bowl and make a mess. All. Over. The. Floor. Little bastard puppy. He goes to work and is in the kennel while we are busy. He likes water. Any kind of water. And he likes play in the water. Any kind of water. This includes water bowls. So his kennel is soaking wet and his blanket is wet and his toys are wet and he is wet. So I bought him a bucket. It gets clipped to the kennel door with a belay clip that screws shut. Because the little bastard would probably unhook the clip so he can play in the bucket. The bucket is well made stainless steel with flat side so it lays well next to the kennel door. It feels heavy duty (maybe not malinois heavy duty but enough for the little bastard who is a malinois/catahoula mix. I was really impressed with it. I mean it’s a bucket, but it’s a really nice bucket. Shipping was quick and the cost was fantastic. If he decides to go to his malinois destructive side I’m hoping it will hold up. So the first two hours... he managed to play in the water and made a little bit of a mess but not nearly as bad as a bowl. His bed and blanket were dry and so were his toys. Okay, I can deal with that. Day two... filled the bucket and no playing!!! No water all over the floor and he used the bucket like the young gentleman I’m expecting and wishing he will become. It will be a matter of time whether it will deter his shenanigans and he hasn’t really started teething yet... and he’s not deterred by metal. He loves to carry around my keys. I just have to remember...he’s not an Aussie. He’s not an Aussie. He’s not an Aussie. I might be a little biased.

Only use if you have a very large kennel

I apparently don't know how big 4 qts is bc this thing is double the size I expected. But hey, it fits and my dog won't run out of water when I'm not home so it's a win

Not correct description and pictures are inaccurate.

Both the description and the product picture seemed designed to make the customer think that they are getting 2 pails when in fact there is only one. This is disingenuous and potentially fraudulent and needs to be changed.

Great to push up against a chain fence and you a caribiner on the handle to the fence, so a dog can't dip the water bucket over and spill

Not safe

The product comes with a warning label stating it can cause cancer and reproductive harm. Stainless steel should never require this label.

Cracked

As you can see from the pictures the bucket has cracked. We've only had it for one month. Very disappointing when you pay more and spend money on what you think is high quality and it is not.
