Product is sturdy and simple
Ordered once and came in a box that they were obviously just, literally, thrown into. With dings and nicks on most of the products. Had Amazon replace with same product, no problem... Second one came in same way. Just kept it, whatever. Product is perfect, packaging/ shipping needs improvement.

Missing parts
I just received today and I’m missing pieces and parts. Several locking nuts and pieces that attach to bottom of hooks. Very disappointed

Hooks thrashed
Chip and scuff easily.. Manufacturer just tosses these In a box with no protection whatsoever. I ordered 2 sets and each was scuffed and chipped. I don't care if they are intended for the garage, I expect $80 hooks to come undamaged.

Parts missing - avoid!
Came in a disintegrating cardboard box held together with loads of tape. Parts are missing - 3 fasteners and 2 nuts. Quality is good if only the parts you paid for were there.

Horrible, it was all scuffed up like it was used, sending back immediately and it didn’t come with all pieces
