Pillow is Great, Customer Service Not So Much

I bought this pillow for my 5 month pregnant wife as a Christmas gift. While she loves the pillow and it has helped relieve a sore back in the morning and made sleeping a lot easier, I cannot rate it high due to customer service from Puredown. After we received the pillow, we noticed that the zipper seam was not sewn correctly (it appears as though the seam was not caught when it was sewn.) Since she loved the pillow so much, I decided to contact Puredown to see if they could send a replacement cover. After initially contacting the seller, they asked for pictures of the seam. I gladly uploaded the pictures and provided proof of purpose from Amazon. The next day I received a message stating that this was an Amazon issue and to contact Amazon about the quality of the pillow. This is ridiculous, since Amazon did not manufacture this pillow and since it came in a large plastic bag, Amazon could not do quality checks on the item. There are several other maternity c-shaped body pillows on Amazon, so you might want to go with one that provides customer service and cares about their customers. The pillow is a lifesaver, but Puredown could use some work. I have attached pictures of the zipper seams. We will keep the pillow and sew the seam ourselves so we don't have to deal with the hassle of returning for a replacement.

GREAT Product, Delivered Clean, Great Case........buuuuut.... beware of size warning below before purchase!

Just ordered the 2nd pillow... for me (first was for my pregnant wife)... great pillow, arrived in a great carry-case that I did not even realize was included, and the pillow itself in a highly vacuumed sealed heavy-duty bag... just about only time I can remember being OK with throwing something onto my bed and laying face-first on without even washing first... (probably should have, but regardless). IMPORTANT!!!!! - At my height, around 5'9"-5'10", I think I am at the ABSOLUTE max (maybe half an inch more than max...) of height for this pillow... if the distance between my crotch and neckline were ANY longer, I might not like this pillow at all... just a word of warning for the longer-torso folks out there... Great product.

Great investment for pregnancy

I have used this product for almost my entire pregnancy. It has been an amazing investment and sometimes the only way I could get comfortable enough to sleep or even watch tv towards the end of my pregnancy due to severe pelvic pain. The only trouble I had was getting used to the top pillow portion instead of a regular pillow, tended to give me neck pains. Other than that, I don't think I would have gotten through without it! Plan on using it for nursing and hopefully any future pregnancies.

LOVE IT.

It has made sleeping while pregnant so much easier. It's great for side sleeping and I occasionally want to sleep on my belly so I can "coil" it and make a donut hole and sleep face down. Also my husband kept trying to steal it from me so I ordered him his own. I will say though they aren't the most appealing pillow when you make your bed but that doesn't matter if it helps you sleep.

Not much body support

I like the concept but the pillow was misshapen and very thin in places. No support at all. I am not pregnant but need this type of pillow for my neck and hip. Do not recommend buying it if you are looking for support. I am 123 lbs. and definitely would not use for pregnancy.

Very good surport

Love this pillow so much I picked one up for my sister. I’m not pregnant but need the surport. I sleep better than I have in a few years. Worth every penny. Love it. Only problem I have is finding replacement covers

Not long enough for me

It was not long enough. I had to return it. I am 5 '6" and the area between my neck/shoulder and my hip/crouch was not long enough.
