Will Not Fit a Lightning

This does not fit the Lightning, it must be an old style. You have to modify the chassis by cutting out the support channel on the chassis, which will weaken it, or take the mount to a grinder which will take care of the purple. Forget it!

Dat purple Doh..... great replacement

So, it was time for a motor mount replacement on my vintage Himotoracing 1/10 buggy (broke stock mount). Great thing about that is that, between RedCat, Exceed etc, this vintage buggy still has brand new available parts. Seems that over the years the cars have continued to be relabeled/rebranded. This is a direct fit replacement and helps to keep the purple love alive with this build. I would both buy again and recommend the part to others. Hope this helps
